Good breakfast and nice pool. The hotel is very outdated. Our first room had a strong moldy smell and when I pulled back the curtains, they were covered in mold. The hotel was good about quickly providing us with another room though. However the shower in the new room was also moldy (or maybe dirty?).

Bom Hotel, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. O hotel aceita pets mas não faz a limpeza adequada . Meu quarto estava com cheiro de cachorro e tive muita alergia.

I think that the room need some renovation and updating.

Conveniently located one block from the highway. But there is nothing to do in the neighborhood, no restaurants or shops. It was difficult to find the parking lot. There was no clear sign.

The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is really good!

Outstanding staff and food.

Terrible hotel worst experience in an Accor hotel so far. Slept in the executive suite the only one in this hotel and it was literally falling apart, shower was full of mildew, tiles in the jacuzzi fell within 10min in the room leaving rotten wood exposed. Door handle from my room to the living room of the suite fell down and door was blocked. Towels were smelling like rust. I rarely leave reviews and travel a lot for business but this need to be avoided at all cost...

Overall it was a very nice stay. Excellent service, facilities, amenities, cleanness. Food at their restaurant is gorgeous. My only complain is the price. I have the impression everything is a little above what I'd expect.

The property is conveniently located in the heart of Sao Jose dos Campos

This is by far the best hotel in the city for US business travelers. It is very convenient to reach and it is very close to the shopping malls and restaurants in town. The hotel itself is very safe but can be noisy next to the freeway at times. The restaurant is very good and the pool patio area is a great place to relax.
