Amazing staff made this trip a breeze !! Kay at the front desk was amazing !!! And I’m very appreciative of the help and assistance I received from her !!! The pure room was so clean and neat!

Not so good from the start. No room was available after booking several months prior for a wedding. When the room was finally assigned there were unknown people already in the room Eventually the issue was fixed and the said breakfast was going to be no charge but the credit card was charged anyway. Just poorly run.

wife and I like to use this as a little night just out, while the restaurant menu is limited the food is good, the bar staff is very nice and the hotel lobby has a very high end feel to it for a little weeknight sneakaway

Very nice location

Everything at the hotel was as we expected. There were a few things that were not 4 star worthy. The bed and pillows were too hard so uncomfortable, the outdoor pool was full of leaves, the bar bill of $25 for 1 seltzer drink 1 glass of wine and $30 pp for the moderate breakfast buffet were very high in our opinion.

Only issue was the Air Conditioner was not fully working blowing cool air. Other wise clean room

Was okay, elevators were not working and the staff was not friendly when the issue was brought up to them.

Great last min night out

I had a last minute emergency. There was a death in the family unexpectly.they wouldn’t even give me a courtesy of refunding my money due to unexpected circumstances . Sometimes there should be an exception.Expedia was happy to help and tried multiple times and the hotel just said no. For someone who doesn’t abuse asking for refunds or mess around, it would have been nice to see someone who understands and is willing to help out.

Found roaches crawling around not much was done but give free breakfast. Was not happy at all to think that roaches are crawling around

Loved the outdoor pool and the food at the restaurant was really good also! Very comfortable beds and clean.

Everything was dine besides the TV service.

Bed, blanket & pillows were OK. Room was clean. Most of the staff were friendly. UNFORTUNATELY, 2 of the 3 guest elevators weren't working & just 1 of the staff elevators were working! And the guest elevator that was working sounded horrid, as if it was about to have a cable snap or something. At those prices, broken elevators are unacceptable! Had to wait 30 minutes for elevator! This property is attempting to be upscale & classy, but this brings entire experience way down! Could here loud guests from next room & family with very loud children several rooms away

Everything was fine but I did not find the bed comfortable, I found it very uncomfortable and didn’t sleep so great. Other than that all was well.

There’s no food options, at least bed is comfy
