The room was nice, amazing shower but the heat didnt work and we froze. There is no heat and parking is a joke.

The weather was cold during my stay and there was no heat. The room was clean and functional but, despite recent renovation, quite ugly. The mattress felt like a board mounted on springs. The staff was nice enough, the price was right, location convenient, and the breakfast was exceptional.

Absolutely wonderful and helpful staff made our stay at The Hotel Savoy a very pleasant experience. Breakfast provided everything imaginable and was extremely cheap. The hotel is a one minute walk from the beach and just five minutes from the very quaint town centre. We will quite happily return to The Savoy, hopefully for a longer stay.

Excellent staff but the buildings would benefit from a refresh.

This hotel isn’t as advertised on hotels.com. No sea view, no jetted tub, no toiletries as pictured (just a large tub of generic body and hair wash), no robes / slippers. When I questioned this I was told standard rooms don’t have a sea view. It clearly states they do online. The stay was ok but as others said it’s definitely not a 4 star. I would say 2/3 at best. Cleaner was very pleasant and check in staff friendly. Just change your description of amenities and room view or there’ll be lots more negative feedback.

Friendly, clean, well appointed, well organized, central location near town and sea. Easy everything… The room didn’t smell like chemicals many hotels clean with. That’s a big plus for me.

The Hotel is very old and not kept in good condition. Also not very clean. The parking garage a real nightmare. I would not go back to that hotel even if they pay m. The personnel was friendly and helpful.

Sadly we never got there as booked the wrong town!! We were thinking we were booking an hotel in Prescara NOT Presoro !!! Had to cancel but lost our total booking fee! So perhaps not the best thing to book on line.

Hotel Savoy was conveniently located near the city center and beach. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. You can add Their amazing Breakfast for 6 EU each. I definitely recommend Hotel Savoy.

Checking in was inefficient and slow. When we got to the room we couldn't turn on any lights (apparently the rooms are powered/depowered from the front desk and they hadn't turned ours on) and the hallway lights went out as soon as we left it - leaving us in total blackness. Not good. When we asked for extra pillows (there were only two and they were very thin) we were told it wasn't possible as the maid had gone home and they had no keys to the linen closet. They seemed surprised when we suggested they take from an unoccupied room but finally complied.

Very pleasant hotel a few minutes walk to the beach. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Partner hotel offers good food with terrace restaurant

Great place, stayed many times. The rooms are dated and a little tired (check out the hilarious TV), but clean and comfy. Excellently located for the town and the beach. Staff very friendly, helpful and speak English.

Highly recommend. Expect the settings of 3.5 US stars, but much cleaner. Price was very competitive. I usually stay at 4+ stars, but will gladly go back here when in Pesaro.

The staff was kind but was very slow to help us after we arrive at our room and the air conditioning wasn't working. The staff finally change our room after about 45 min and the room that we got did not have a working shower and the air conditioning stopped in the middle of the night. No parking offer by the hotel but there's free parking in the street from 20h to 9h. We didn't tried the pool, but its seems okay. Overall the room was clean, no issue withregards to that but it's not a 4 star hotel to my mind.
