Arrived from a late flight after 1am...the 2 staff members on reception were so pleasant and helpful, really enjoyed chatting with one as he served us a drink. Very comfotable rooms and a great breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel

Elaine on reception was absolutely amazing, very kind helpful and just a nice person. Would deffo come back to this hotel. Food was beautiful and really enjoyed the Jacuzzi etc. Very clean big rooms. Huge bed , very comfortable night sleep.

Reception staff are always very helpful

Room was very tired and the opposite lifts so noisy. Two disappointed children told they couldn’t use the pool after 7pm. Fire alarm and evacuation at 445am.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Lisa who booked my group booking was amazing helpful and very professional..credit to the hotel. My only issue was the conference room aircon was heating the room rather than cooling, and the USB portal was faulty, so our presentation had to be presented on laptop..i did speak to reception as few times but they did not send anyone...the room got so warm we had to sit outside in the lobby to work

The hotel had one elevator working on a weekend with weddings which made it a bit backed up. The bar and kitchen closed quite early which seemed odd. Staff at the front desk and fitness center were wonderful.

Perfect for our family, the restaurant staff were very helpfull especially as our youngest has a milk allegery. They were very aware and clued up.

Lovely hotel we have stayed here several times. Bed comfortable, large bathroom, indoor swimming pool, nice lounge bar area, nice large choice buffet breakfast, onsite parking £10 for 24 hours.

Beautiful hotel, welcoming staff, there is a pool, gym & sauna there with the shopping centre opposite absolutely perfect. Great place to stay!

Only stopped over forone night as flying abroad the next day. Nice hotel though.
