The staff were excellent in customer service. Breakfast had many choices to choose from and very good. 24 hours free coffee was not available, only during breakfast time. Bathroom needed little renovation. Reception and breakfast area were very clean.

Hotel Dora was recommended by a family friend. It was in an ideal location and the Price was great!

Good location but not posh, older property. Not able to control AC so can be a bit hot for some. Staff was accommodating & helpful. Breakfast was average but good. Central location was convenient & walkable. Overall, it was okay.

The staff were amiable and professional. The room is very tired - window shutter not working and permanently part -open, no blackout curtains (although the runners are still there), shower nozzle spurted water. Breakfast is not four-star standard. Foyer and reception areas are impressive. Good restaurant meal.

My stay was okay. You should improve the menu, the quality of the food was not really good, not bad but it could be better. The room was cold.

Excelent Service. Personal... Detail oriented. They made me feel at home. Very clean. The Manager upgraded me to a better room. The area iis very convenient for sightseeing.

The location is great. Breakfast is fine. I liked this hotel and have stayed there many times over the years. But it is getting quite old, and showing it. The “standard”rooms are small, poorly furnished and could do with fresh painting. The bathroom is rather basic, the videt did not work.

The hotel is ready for a bit of t.l.c. The bedrooms are dated. My bed sagged to one side. The bidet was damaged and repaired in an amsteurish way, tne chhrome had worn off the taps and shower. Breakfast was good, however the staff were slow at clearing tables and replenishing the buffet.

Its and old place. It need maintenance.

Staff is very helpful and attentive. Location is the best. The building has see better day but if you are not fuzzy about luxury this is a good option.
