Everything was great with key item...clean room

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel, but the staff try very hard to address any issues. There were a few maintenance issues with our room, but they were addressed. The breakfast area is way too small. We like that they offer a basic continental breakfast but need to find a bigger space for it.

Room was clean but both TVs did not work properly.

THE HOTEL IS NEWLY REMODELED, VERY CLEAN AND PLEASANT. THE ONLY ISSUE IS OVERALL IT'S A SMALL HOTEL, ROOMS, LOBBY AND BREAKFAST AREA ARE ALL TINY. BUT FOR THE PRICE IS PERFECT.

Air conditioning not cold and loud so I couldn’t at night, the mattresses too old and not firm every time my friend moved on the bed sound like a fart!!! The room was small and the water in the shower is too strong.

This is our new spot when we visit Toronto! It’s perfect!

We stayed her 2 night the we noticed cockroach in bathroom went to front desk showed pictures they said no cancelation and we had almost 400$ room we were forced to stay then now the manager is denying it happened they went in our room when we left and said there was nothing despite the picture and video

Great stay. We were able to secure an early check in due to a wedding time. Rooms are clean, very quiet snd staff are amazing Will certainly come back

Staffs are welcoming and the place is quiet. The only thing that I can complain is a small space for dining area.

Very unique property with quaint little courtyard. Staff were all very friendly and kept the breakfast area well stocked and clean.
