No food, very comfortable bed, excellent transport access, excellent, very accomodating staff - always help with a smile.

Very nice convenient location just a few minutes from the Metro station. Easy access to the city with train in 30 minutes. The reception staff was kind enough. We were lucky to get the room a bit earlier than check-in time. The room was very clean and cozy. We love the front water service 24 hours open and has sparkling water option! Also Kusumi teas at room was good.

As a family this could not have been better. Vibrant but clean and comfortable hotel. Staff excellent, very friendly. Quiet night sleep. 10/10 for us and my kids loved the little sports activities.

If you are looking for a nice affordable place to stay while visiting Paris, this is the place for you. The hotel is right by the train station which makes central Paris 25 mins away and at a third the price. An 1-3 zone travel card is a cheap way to travel around a well organised travel system. The front of desk staff are outstanding and looked out for us, giving valuable guidance and tips on how to get by. The breakfast was good quality set in an intimately small dining area, perfect for families. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Hotel was very nice, breakfast was good too. It’s quite a distance from the attractions in Paris so each way will cost an average of $38.00 but we never had problems finding an Uber

Excellent staff, very close to the metro station and the room was clean. Only problem was the lack of AC. However they were kind enough to give us two fans as we had a big family room. There were a few problems with the room service but they were quickly resolved

Extremely warm - no aircon so had a very bad night. This is apparently a 4 star hotel, but nothing in the minibar and only paper cups for coffee/tea. Will not use this hotel again.

Staff were pleasant & the size of the room was excellent. No frills 4 star. Paper cups for tea & limited towels. Breakfast buffet was good

It's absolutely fine for a one-night stay, but as you would expect from a Novotel, it's pretty soulless. It was clean and the staff were very pleasant.

Offer for Stuffed toy of rabbit is really nice. My son was happy for this

Good business hotel: had a good location for the company I was visiting and very close to the RER A. Nice not to stay in the center of Paris. The heating wasn't working in my room, so it was rather cold (January). The nice lady in reception brought up an electric heater but ended up giving me a different room - which was goo because the rooms are big and the electric heater would not have warmed it very well.

quiet hotel , good service , breakfast need to be more choices , good car parking but not cheap , the Classic Room is Big
