Beds are so comfortable - Clean & well set out. All you can eat buffet breakfast is by far the best overall quality & variety available in hotels in Adelaide. Staff are friendly & go above & beyond to accommodate you.

The tv and air conditioner control was too hard to operate and there were no clear instructions available

Great hotel

The hotel needs a makeover. There are some really irritating design problems in the rooms that let the place down. The bathroom seems nice but the shower head was worn out which means water just goes everywhere The bath was great until you tried to reach the taps and when you did you couldn’t rotate the tap so you had a risk of getting burnt buy hot water in an area of the body you would rather not be burned.
