The chair arms were sticking, a/c was weak, shower water was not hot (10pm), airport bus started too late and breakfast was too late.

Posting a apology inside the elevator is like killing and saying sorry after the dead. They are undergoing renovation and renting in between and bs is that they are posting a apology after you pay at the front desk and it becomes non refundable. Congrats you got free construction dust with the stay...

Hello. I woke up with ants all over my bed, on my clothes, in my sheets. Literally everywhere. I am very upset about this, and it is completely unacceptable. I have pictures and videos of many ants crawling everywhere and it is quite disgusting.

I cancelled my reservation, but I still got charged for staying. I would like to get my money back.

Convenient and quiet

Housekeeping does an outstanding job keeping the rooms immaculately clean and comfortable. But the killer is the reception: complete failure, total disaster. No courtesy, no customer service skills whatsoever, no common sense. I arrived at the hotel early. Because of that and to display their ghettoness, wickedness and greed, she managed to keep me and my family sitting at a little table waiting for close to 5 hours instead of having a room ready for us. And to top it off, she had the nerves to ask me for $15 if I want her to get a room ready for me, while other guests kept checking in and out right in front of us.. That’s disgusting. I still feel sick in my stomach. Best Western needs to watch out.

Didn’t like that the air condition was preset to only go as low as 68

It was fine for the one night that we stayed and they had the option for airport assistance which was helpful for the timeframes that they had.

Your front Desk Dai was great professional and very courteous. She made our stay of the chain she explained everything of the bat and also referred us to different spots where we were able to enjoy our meal 100%.
