Only stayed for 1 night. Very clean staff was very helpful. Over all very pleasant hotel stay.

5 Star hotel with a 3 star rating…. Total enjoyment, stayed here many times and always a pleasure.

This was one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. And the fact that they jacked the price up to about $300-$400 because of a concert at Gillette is criminal. It was so bad we didn’t stay and drove the 3 hours back home. It is outdated and shouldn’t have these high ratings.

This is the most rundown doubletree I’ve ever stayed at.

Old, needs updating and wifi cut off every night

The location, the fine accomodations met our every need.

Our stay was just a quick overnight stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were so polite, friendly and helpful!!! This hotel is going through some updating, but did not interfere with our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

As expected for a Doubletree!

Staff was wonderful! Property is going through an update, but it was still nice and clean and we didn’t hear any construction noise.

Decent property. Needs updating but clean. They gave us a room that is adjacent to pool and some woman started swim lessons at 7:30am so we beard screaming children for an hour. Very disappointing.

Excellent checkin and coomies were warm and yummy. Room was clean. Best part was the Oasis Bar. Rose took great care ofus even though not alot of people there.Band was great. Topped of night at legends which had no on there on a Saturday night. Would co.e here again.

They seemed umprepared for issues that arouse. I was completly locked out of our room at 1 am and there was no protocal. Everyone just seemed like they didnt know what to do. Took a bit to get the door unlocked. Also ended up having to clean my own room. My room would get skipped. Even on a day i spoke with housekeeping.

Poor very disappointed. I reserved a suite with 2 rooms. Got there and was given a 1 bed room. Ended getting a 2 queen bed after verifying my reservation. Was denied my original reservation of the suite since fully booked. Room was dirty. We always check since we have a toddler. And found pills laying on the floor close to the bed. Did not want to complain since the front desk was rude from the start after our first issue with the reservation.

Was a good place for 2 nights, but the property, rug, room, bathroom are all rundown. Overall people at the desk and 2 ladies at the breakfast Buffet are very nice.

Staff was friendly. Rooms and bathrooms especially were very dated and haven't been updated in a while.

The staff at check in and check out were so great! Bed wasn’t too comfortable but everything was great!

Mediocre. The pictures make it seem but nicer than it is. The bar was nice and most of the staff were great.
