Really not sure if cleaning the room frequently and broken clothes , bathroom doors broken not what respecting

el lugar esta sucio el servicio malo se va la agua y luz y todaw las cabanas y el hotel principal estan en mal estado... Otra cosa toda ciudad sandino reparto chick los antisociales llegan a este lugar a tapiniar.. No hay califad de nada ...

The property is very nice and clean. The food was ok need to keep the hot foods hot and the cold foods cold.

You can never go wrong with all exclusive resort like this for the price you pay you have access to beautiful beaches , pool, jazucci food drinks and entertainment all in one place.

It was amazing Victoria de bartender. She was the best. I was so thankful.

The people of nicaragua are very nice people and very caring. A lot of the food was pretty nice besides a few options but that’s ok, i do not expect perfection. Overall the views were amazing, people always welcome you, you always felt safe, and the facilities are well maintained. I would say the price is fair for such a popular place and if you plan to visit nicaragua, it’s a place worth going to. Obviously always research before hand

Fully Recommended, Staff very Nice, everything is clean and nice

I had been there about 8 years ago, this trip reveal that the quality of the staff and food has change to not good. The type of people also changed , not very pleasant at all. I would not come back just because is not elite as it used to be. There was excessive wait time to check in and check out, there was too many people of poor behaviour , I did not enjoyed there company. the room frig, a/c , tv etc are ran down or not working at all. I would not recomend this hotel.

I was convinced to spend my vacation in Barcelo in Montélimar Nicaragua , the staff was very nice and friendly bar tender and kitchen staff very nice, but the place had roaches and ants inside the room crawling on top of my bed, also the area had no atmosphere, no music, no nothing I was hoping for, long lines to eat and I was very disappointed, I was expecting something else.

Everything was excellent: customer service at front desk, all the amenities provided and friendly respectful staff greetings at all times and the excellent food is what makes anyone’s expectations desires to come back.
