Great option bc we needed a few rooms. Just short one block away from the beach and to old town so close and to marina.

Hotel I booked this hotel after reading all the good reviews. The hotel is old, and crazy expensive, $ 450-$800 per night. They don't provide any bottled water except one tiny bottle on the first day. The rooms are super tiny, with one tiny window. Only one person can fit in the tiny bathroom at a time. Hotel needs renovations desperately. It's obvious, they just want your money and could really care less about the quality of the services they provide. Definitely do not recommend.

Great view of the ocean from the room. The staff was extremely helpful and the hotel was great for going to the beach and for old town exploration.

Great hotel and area. But i think a kettle and coffee in the room is the mimimum standard for a 4 star hotel especially if you have an early flight.

Photos did not reflect the property conditions, in my opinion photos published are missleading. Towels were scratchy, steam iron was not working, courtains were ddirty and in bad shape. Elevators were too old. Number of starts (4), do not reflect the property reallity. Do not recommend this hotel at all

Loved the views over the rooftops out to the bay. It was amazing to watch the colors of the bay change right from the room. The bed and bath are very comfortable and the design of the room is very nice. The staff is very friendly. Nothing beat the short walk to the beach, promenade and old town. At night the neighborhood was quiet even though it was very central.

We totally love this hotel. Secure on-site parking (bit tight, but seems to work), fantastic location literally a few minutes from the seafront, and VERY dog friendly (our little guy had his own bed, and welcome pack, with a toy he really loves, clearly thought out by someone who knows dogs), also spacious room, very comfortable. No restaurant, but not a problem for us - we actually had Glovo deliver to the room. Have stayed here 3x now and love it.

Staff were friendly and professional. Lifts are tiny, uncomfortable for 2 people and luggage. Room was clean but everything from furniture to furnishings felt cheap and worn. Towels were frayed, furniture chipped. No drink facilities in room and also none available in reception. Breakfast was good. No bar facility.

Hotel on the top floors of a very high building so there’s always a good view, either to the bay or to the city. Beach and promenade is 2 min away, old city 10 min… I would book it again

I liked the breakfast. I liked lt’s locality. I would have liked a bar/cafe facility. I liked the bath.

Nice modern hotel less than 5 minutes walk from wonderful beach and 10 minutes from old town. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious and comfortably furnished. The balcony afforded a view over the town and to the sea. Bed was comfortable. We were able to sleep with window open. Rea and coffee making facilities in room. Continental breakfast was good. Staff friendly and efficient.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, right by the beach and close to enough shops and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly. The room seemed clean although it had a very musty smell, even after leaving the windows open for a few hours. What put me off a bit was climbing into bed that night and finding sand on the sheets where my feet were, as if the sheets had not been changed. I then tried to sleep on the top sheet but realised that the duvet was not in a cover but rather wedged between 2 sheets. This made it a bit unpleasant. The breakfast the next morning was great and had good variety.

Great location just next door to Concha Beach, shopping, restaurants, bars, and downtown. Fantastic, helpful, and polite staff. Breakfast was decent too.
