Nice and clean hotel.

Bed was wonderful. I think the rooms feel their age. I had ants in my bathroom. Not a big g deal, but maybe I got one of the older rooms. Surrounding is absolutely beautiful!! Spa was under annual maintenance so I did not check them out. They told me about that beforehand, but I did not care for the spa anyways. Looks like this might be wonderful place to bring kids. Few very nice play areas inside.

The hotel service was great. Room cleanliness could be a bit better but it was good overall. Food was not very good and not vary many selections to choose from.

Room was too hot. Pool should open earlier so as an adult i can swim before business and before the families with kids take over. The buffet dinner isnt enough value for 40 euros. The breakfat of course was great!

The indoor water area was great! Family room was comfortable for 4 (all adult size persons) with two beds and a sofa bed (double.) We only stayed one night, but all was as expected. Breakfast was good as well, and included. Staff was helpful too. The highlight was definitely the pool, with wave generator, two slides and a fun lazy river section, multiple hot and hotter pools and even a cold pool for dipping in after sauna. Sauna and shower area was very clean. There was an outdoor area that was not yet open for the season, but it looked fun too.

Very helpful staff and easy check-in. Younger crowd than in other spas.

The experience was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Initiative was taken during meal times to avoid overcrowding ; thus it was easier to keep safe distance.

Nokia Spa is quite good with family

Great hotel despite COVID-19 restrictions

Overall a nice stay.

One night stay for business. Stayed in a superior room, very comfortable. The breakfast could be a little healthier.

Room was recently renovated and also the lobby. Some services had limited opening hours and menu because of Covid, but didn't bother us. Beautiful lake view, but a bit pricy as some parts of the Hotel still need renovation to be honest.

Maybe it was due the corona but I felt that there was a lack of employees at restaurant.

Poor cleaning; the room was only cleaned well after a complaint several days into our stay. Some public areas were dirty. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Poor communications; restaurant times were changed without notifying residents. Breakfast was reasonable. Leisure facilities and swimming pool were reasonable.

Warm water in the pools allowed us to swim for over 4 hours 2 days in a row

Pleasant stay good size rooms. Could be cleaner. Did not utilise all hotel facilities spa and swimming pool but looked good.

The hotel is quite central located near LDL and citymarket, the room was good size for 3 people but not enough place to dry the talls and swimwear. The water park is great with 3 types of sauna a few jacuzzi and 4 swimming pool. The buffet breakfast was ok, every day the same food. The overall is a good place to spend some time with family, but do not expect luxurious, the hotel has an outdated decoration in my opinion
