Location was very convenient. It was located 5 min walking distance from aquaduct but in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone was very nice and professional. We didn't get to try the breakfast due to early departure time but it was only 10 euros per person which seemed very reasonable.

I spent just one night at this hotel and had a great experience from start to finish. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the room came well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal—tucked away in a quiet area, yet still within easy walking distance of the city center. A special mention goes to the front desk staff, who were absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and thorough. They provided detailed guidance on off-site parking, which made things even easier. Highly recommend for a short or extended stay in the area.

An excellent room: spacious, well appointed and comfortable.

Great location a couple of minutes walk to the Aquaduct then follow the pedestrian walkway up to the cathedral 10-12 minutes walk and continue to the Alcazar. Buffet breakfast available in the hotel or use one of the many cafes near the aqueduct. Parking on street available via topping up a parking app. The staff were friendly and helpful, room was spacious. A traditional well run hotel.

This is a really quiet, nice hotel, that is run by some very kind and helpful people. The breakfast was substantial. Also, this hotel is about a five minute walk to the Roman aqueduct and the center of the medieval town. it's a lovely place!

Always a pleasure modern clean and very central to all attractions while away from chaos of tourists. This is my third visit. It’s an old castle converted into a modern comfortable yet cozy property. Love it here!

Fantastic breakfast. Great variety of food. Not the usual meat, cheese and bread only. Fruit and oatmeal too. The staff was excellent. Very service oriented. Any request was fulfilled.

The property is a remodeled palace or villa in an excellent location. The staff is just incredible, so helpful and friendly. We’d love to keep Cetina as our secret but we’ll go ahead and give it our highest recommendation. Superb.

Loved being here. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. It’s also well located just a short walk from the aqueduct. I parked on street and it was easy to pay via an app, and cheaper than the hotel deal.

Hotel is walkable from bus stop, centrally located and near to the famous aqueduct and other tourist sights. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The room is spacious, air-conditioning okay. The only downside is there is no soundproofing in that we can literally hear people talking and footsteps coming up or down the stairs & passing by our room. If we were not tired that day, we would have had interrupted sleep due to the outside noise.

A nice property in a central location

We had a great stay here; the room and bathroom were very spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. It’s a short walk to all the sites in Segovia and the breakfast was excellent!

Our stay was brief, the room was spacious however the bathroom had alot of opportunity… the shower inundated and wet all the bathroom floor on to the room, we had to call front desk to clean early in the morning. Thankfully they helped right away however The floor stayed wet and made our morning routine longer and disappointing. I believe these rooms need to be upgraded as they look and feel worn down. The closet dresser is old and the safe is just a box easy to steal it as it is not attached to anything and its lightweight. I would not rate this hotel as a 4 stars. They definitely look much better in pictures.

Rooms needs upgrade. Room have shuttles that is broken instead of curtains. Room was too dark, quite hot at night and toilet shower bathtub was choked.

Beautiful hotel with old world charm. perfect location because near everything but quiet too. Fantastic breakfast and lovely staff. Cynthia at front desk was so nice and helpful. Loved this hotel!

Great Place everything was Great

I am so glad to have found this little gem in the heart of Segovia- steps away from the Aqueduct street and 10 mins from university or cathedral. Super quiet. Beautiful, charming property with all the boutique-y charms I was looking for. The staff was so friendly, helpful and all-around a pleasure. Def get the breakfast - it’s great. Highly recommend.
