Our stay was great, most of the staff where excellent but a couple let the overall service down

The resort was lovely but not enough buggy’s to help people like myself who struggles with arthritis or for others who may have disabilities and can’t walk up the steep hills . Also the staff on the majority were lovely but there were a few who could not be bothered. And the hotel is lovely but attention to details like dead orchids in the common areas let the 5 * rating down With all of the above said I would still recommend the resort because me and my family had a lovely time

We booked two one-bedroom bungalows with private pools (rooms 500 and 503) for a family celebration. Sadly, room 500 was a huge disappointment — the pool was so small it was unusable, and it was filthy on arrival. Within the first hour of check-in I was chasing reception, calling maintenance (who left muddy footprints in the room), and writing emails instead of relaxing. We never once used the pool, despite paying a premium for it. Communication from the front office was poor, with no follow-up from the manager despite repeated complaints. While a few gestures were eventually offered (dinner, massage, transfer), they did not make up for the fact that we paid for a service we couldn’t use. That said, some staff were outstanding: Niki at Kuzina (breakfast), Mo at the main pool, Ionna at Guest Relations, Mark at the water park, and Alexander, who finally helped resolve part of the issue. Their excellent service was the highlight of our stay. Overall, it’s a real shame, great staff in some areas, but a very disappointing experience with the accommodation and management response.

A fantastic family holiday. The staff and management were outstanding — always professional, kind, and attentive, which really made the experience special. Food was a highlight: the open buffet was impressive despite the crowds, and the à la carte restaurants added variety and quality. The sea is nice (though we’ve seen even better in the Aegean), but the service more than makes up for it. This is very much a family place rather than for couples seeking a romantic escape. For us, it was perfect, and we would happily return.

Fantastic family friendly hotel. Not too “kids orientated” - great balance! Various pools to choose from. Non motorised water sports complimentary every day for 30 mins. Various options for dietary requirements. If you visit the Asian restaurant is a must!

The hotel complex is built into a hill overlooking the sea so there are beautiful views from almost everywhere. All people working at the hotel are friendly, polite and extremely helpful. All facilities are well looked after and very clean. We loved our sunset cruise one evening and the water sports and air conditioned gym. All in all, it was great stay.

Beautiful grounds clean rooms seem to have been renovated recently . Very polite attentive staff delicious food . Lots of activities for kids and adults . Could not fault this hotel .

Excellent food, service, location. I have no comments to be honest, I can say just everything was amazing. The staff are very friendly.

MarBella is a high quality hotel, with extensive facilities, all-inclusive board and a range of dining options. Staff were all both professional as well as warm and friendly helping make the stay even more enjoyable. A choice of pool or beach for lazy days and a range of restaurants make for a nice choice of meals. Since I last visited, the hotel has migrated to an all-inclusive offer, which contained a wide range of drink options to select from. On this visit, there was a very high proportion of families with pre-school children (which made some meals noisy), but overall an excellent hotel and I would love to return in future.

great stay, great service and the food was amazing. The beach area was ideal. Not really a couple friendly hotel as too many children. But this didn’t bother us too much!

Beautiful hotel, staff were excellent. The two young men over from Belgium running the activities for kids were amazing. Food is lovely and service around the pool very quick.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon. Absolutely Stunning property, and great staff. However, any other than top tier rooms look, feel and configured like motel 8 ( and we booked their premium room with sea view). Showers and sinks don’t drain and it feels like the rooms have not been updated since 1975. Also, if you don’t want to feel like you’re on a cruise ship with 0182736637373 small screaming children and water slides, do NOT book the hotel. Also, the bed is made from two twin beds and I was sleeping in the crack. There were numerous issues with the resort in addition to that. Staff seemed to be trying their best however we’re all discombobulated and had no idea where to even order a coffee for us at breakfast. There was tons of food splattered all over the furniture at breakfast as well, like beyond anything I’ve seen (I’m assuming the resort is short staffed and the staff that they have are barely keeping their heads above water). Upon our request to get a better room, we were offered an upgrade for the last two nights of our week long stay, which would mean we’d have to crouch in the noise box of an outdated minuscule room for several nights while attempting to sleep in a crack between two beds pushed together. False advertising doesn’t begin to cover it, I can’t even express how dissatisfied and disappointed we are, wasting two days trying to get a different room at this hotel and just trying to give them a shot. The photos of the property are not all true.

My wife and I stayed at Mar-Bella Corfu as part of our honeymoon. From the first moment we arrived and up until after we checked out and were on our way to the airport, the staff here have made us feel welcome, relaxed, and at home. Our stay has been delightful, from the excellent facilities, activities that were provided (we spent many a morning and afternoon lounging at the private beach, enjoying the pristine and crystal clear waters), outstanding service, and delicious food. Our only regret is having to leave, we can say with certainty that we will return again in the future, and can highly recommend a stay here. Magnificent.
