Not clean, no renewable soap or shower gel not proper room cleaning bad service overall

The hotel is one of the best hotels in Beirut, the staff are beyond amazing from front desk to pool to club lounge and restaurant. The hotel located in a good area and close to a lot of dinning options.

Unfortunately my non smoking room did have an extremely strong smell of smoke and there was loud music until 12am on a Wednesday night. The rooms are not sound proof, very dated, my power point did not work, no shaving kit or tooth brush was provided and overall not a great experience.
