I want to give it a 10-10 but our curtains had holes the main bed room door had a hole as well out of our 7 day stay they came to fumigate our room like what who does this on guest. There was no do not disturb sign so there was a knock every day

The inn mazatlan! Both my husband and I had a great experience. The luxury ocean front view room was clean/spacious/comfortable with an amazing view! Their pool area is amazing you are only steps away from the beach. What really stood out was the staff Everyone I interacted with from valet, front desk to housekeeping — was friendly, professional, and helpful. Our pool waiter Luis is amazing he truly offers great customer service and he really made us feel welcomed. The location is conveniently located in the zona dorada area which has many restaurants, shops. It’s about a 15minute walk to letras de mazatlan if that’s helpful to anyone. There’s tons of vendors literally steps away from the pool Overall, I’d definitely recommend THE INN to anyone looking for a modern friendly staff personnel that will make your stay a pleasure able one I’ll gladly return on my next visit! This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We booked a family suite at The Inn at Mazatlán for our vacation with our two kids, my husband, and my mom, expecting something comfortable and family-friendly. Instead, we were hit with a nightmare. The first room we were given was full of mosquitoes, literally flying around and biting us. The room also had a terrible moldy/musty smell that made it hard to breathe. We complained immediately, and while the staff wasn’t rude, they didn’t do much to fix the situation. They moved us to a second-floor room, but it was just as bad, same awful smell, and still had bugs. To make matters worse, the toilet in that room was clogged. I asked to be moved again and was shown multiple other rooms — all of them had the same terrible odor. Clearly, this is a major issue with their HVAC system, and the entire hotel feels like it’s overdue for a deep cleaning. The front desk kept telling me the only thing they could offer was “the same room on a different floor.” It was obvious that this is just how the whole hotel is- not clean, not comfortable, and definitely not what we paid for. We couldn’t relax at all, and I wouldn’t stay here again even if it were free. Don’t be fooled by the pictures online. This place needs serious maintenance and accountability. I rarely write reviews, but travelers deserve to know the truth.

The bed sheets smelled bad. Bathroom was dirty. Doors didn’t close properly.

They charge you 1 thousand pesos for each additional person that stays in the room and also 50 pesos per day to park your car half a block away from the hotel and is not mention when you reserve online if you loose any cards parking or door car you will be charged I would gladly pay but is not mentioned

When I made my reservation I reserved Ocean Front view, I did not get the the room I reserved I had ocean view to the pool not Front view, I asked the front desk and the person said I should’ve reserved the Inca building that’s not offered on the room listed on Expedia room also had access to the Main Street was very loud, the hotel is in a real nice spot walking distance to a lot of restaurants and coffee shops other than than we had a great time.

An older hotel and certainly dated, but clean, great service, location

Great service. We felt very safe. The food was very good. resort is in front of a Starbucks, Rico’s cafe and Oxxo. The resort was always clean. Security sits out all night to make sure no one walks onto property. Beautiful views! Inexpensive laundry service-you drop off your clothes in the morning before 11 and they have it ready around 5pm.

Clean hotel, good service, big rooms but City view rooms are expose to the main street vehicles with high volume music playing.
