Great place Pool was clean

Great 4th of july weekend!

This hotel needs a deep cleaning and roach fumigation plan. We raised thr issue to front desk at checkout and they advised that new building next door is to blame but you can tell this place needs a deep cleaning.

Front desk had me waiting for over 30 minutes to get my reservation.

The room presentation was good and clean. Price was decent. However, there was a baby roach in the restroom, the water from the sink faucet smelled like rotten egg, the pool water was murky and mattresses were really firm. Shower water and cleanliness was good. Also, we had enough toiletries and towels. Room was spacious and I like that you could bring your pet. However, the dogs in the next room to us barked way too much. The short walk to the beach was what made it worth the stay though.

There was a croach in one of the beds

The room was infested with German roaches. Horrible conditions and run down facility

They offer late checkout till 2:00 p.m. But rooms need to be checked before paying. Possibility of bugs roaches and stuff not working. On the lower level rooms on the lower 100. The rooms are nice and updated and the location is ideal but it seems like it's going downhill more and more every year

It looked clean on the outside but the inside was roach infested

The property needs updating to look more inviting. Bedsheet and pillowcase should not be used if there are stains.

The air conditioner was on spot worked great I think it was a new unit.

Be prepared to dissatisfied. We had issues of broken/dirty dishes provided by the hotel. The linens on the pillows were washed but the pillows themselves smelled. Dirty towels left behind the door upon our check in. **German roaches in our room and brushed off by the manager about that issue, until we provided proof. About 5-6pm everyday folks not staying at the hotel pile in and take up pool area and bbq spots, the disregarded "procedures" that are plastered on the walls are not followed by staff and no enforcement and makes the property feel run down and neglected.

Property was in a food location and easy parking. The only thing that kept us worried was the latch on door was broken. The dead bolt was good but felt not safe inside room. We just laid our suitcase near door. The room was clean and ok just the door.

There for 8 days, only saw room service on our last day when we had to ask for toilet paper. Had four guests, only provided three towels and getting another one felt like we were asking for a grand guesture. Asked for a blanket for the sofa bed-did not have one. The lines at breakfast were horrendous. They need another waffle maker. Breakfast was not good. The location to the beach is great-don’t follow Google maps- they have thier own boardwalk with showers near the hotel area. Grill is a coal grill. Pool needs more seating. Haha-laundry-the ones that work have signs telling you they work.

The room next door played loud music late into the night. I think parents left their kids alone in the room alone. Lots of screaming and loud music. Complained to front desk. Nothing done. Called again 3x, they did not answer phone. Didnt sleep, had to leave at 5:00 in the morning. Complained at check out. Was told we could've called the State Troopers! Really? They didn't care at all. Won't stay there again. Also, our room didn't work. Was told didn't need it since we had cell phones! Wow, need customer service training, big time!

The whole hotel is old fashioned and unkept! The furnishings are old, the beddings were torn and old! There was no comforter the tv is very small! Breakfast is nearly impossible to get and not worth the wait! Staff and housekeepers are rude and not helpful at all! This is a pit of hell that I won’t be staying at again!

Horrible room, smelled like cigarettes and was not a smoking rooms. Tv is useless. Called the front office to ask for help and they basically said it just for decoration. Also no phone in the room to get easy communication. Overall not a pleasant stay.
