My 2nd stay here and 2nd time issue with water temperature in shower and sink. Water never got warm in either, cold everyday. They had someone come up to fix it but it wasn't fixed. Jo at the front desk was very kind and felt bad I could see. My bill was reduced by $200 but I won't be coming back in future. It's not acceptable to deal with this issue at this level of a hotel.

The Bryant Park Hotel is a gem. Right on Bryant Park. Large rooms. Sophisticated vibe. The convenience of central midtown location.

The front desk staff were not only efficient and knowledgeable, but also kind and eager to ensure my stay was seamless. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and small touches throughout my stay made it clear that guest comfort is their top priority. This hotel is beautiful, yes, but it’s the staff who make it truly exceptional. I left feeling not just well taken care of, but valued. I will absolutely be returning, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a stay, but an experience defined by excellent service and remarkable people.

Holiday weekend, so my experience might be tainted by the “B” team, and my city view was of scaffolding and a roof top. Water was cut off, a pushy maid, and lack luster staffing.

We came for our 30th wedding anniversary to celebrate and have fun in Manhattan. The hotel was beautiful, Alphonso took great care of us at the bar with delicious cocktails and the room and location were lovely. We overlooked the park and enjoyed the spacious and elegant room. I am a clean freak and it was very clean.

You can't beat the location of this hotel but the amenities are amazing too. Great staff, restaurants and rooms. They even had a tote bag for us in the room not just to use there but to take home with us. I would totally stay here again!

As a special touch, I was surprised with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. It made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommend!!

Great location and stay

My wife and I decided to spend the weekend in the city and always want to be near Bryan Park. So happy we made the choice to stay at the Bryant Park hotel. The staff was so friendly and immediately upgraded our room. I would stay here anytime and would recommend it to anyone. Prices were reasonable the experience was worth the cost. We are already talking about coming back.
