Excellent location in the middle of the city

Excellent stay, helpful staff and brilliant breakfasts!

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was good, but our stay got off to a rough start when they couldn’t find our reservation. Unfortunately, the front desk staff wasn’t very friendly or helpful. Overall, an average experience.

Excellent hotel that far exceeded my expectations. Everything was clean and new and I wish I had stayed here previously. Very close walk to the central old town and an easy walk to the station. Breakfast was a superb buffet selection and the granola and fruit selection was great. Coffee wasn't quite to my taste (a bit bitter for me) but otherwise I was happy. One request is some milk in the bedrooms - kettle, teabags and coffee is not much good without milk. Gym and sauna looked lovely and having free bikes to hire is a great idea. I need to come back and enjoy more if these. Thank you for a lush vely stay.

Hotel was a great location for getting the bus from and back to Wroclaw airport, which was one of the reasons we chose it. It's a straight walk to the main square, about 10 to 15 minutes. Also a mini market across the road (and a little one in the hotel). Rooms were quiet- didn't really hear any outside noises or people in the halls. The standard room had a frige and kettle, which was handy. On check in we were advised cleaning was by request to keep it eco friendly. Fine by us and we were only staying 2 nights so didn't need it. The housekeeper did ask us when we saw her in the hall if we needed anything. Only slight negative thing i would say is that the pictures of the standard room didn't reflect what we got. The bathroom pictures were accurate but the wallpaper in the room was less modern- i guess some rooms have been upgraded. Not really an issue, just not as pictured. Would stay again!

I like to stay at Scandic travelling to Wroclaw. It is affordable, well located, walking dustance to the old town. Also the parking is well accessible. My room was recently renovated. Breakfast is delicious.
