Room was spacious, bed very good. Plenty of parking. Very quiet.

Our room had a certain smell that wasn’t pleasant. It wasn’t horrible, it just had a slight dirty smell. I did notice the floors in our room wasn’t the cleanest and there was hair in several places. I’d stay again because it’s conveniently located close to the airport. For the price it was well worth it.

Great place with shuttle to airport next morning with good breakfast available next morning. Bed was on the firmer side and walls thin but it was very clean and a great stay for the convenience and price! Will stay again

I had asked the front desk if there had been cats in the room as I am very allergic to them, her response was I can’t guarantee that. I told her that I have a hypoallergenic dog due to my allergies and she looked at me like I offended her! She then proceeded to tell me that the pet rooms are throughly cleaned that they spend more time on those rooms cleaning. I said ok and took the room. The room smelled so terrible! The entire hallway smelled terrible! I was afraid to ask for another room with the check-in experience so we just suffered through it, how this hotel had such good reviews, I don’t know!

Room was clean, comfortable, staff was friendly. Shuttle was ready when I needed it. Glad I chose this place!

The room was dirty and smelled

Really outdated building and rooms. No restaurants in a walkable distance. Humidity levels were really high inside the building and there was water down the whole hallway and elevator from the guest that was in the pool but it wasn’t getting cleaned up. Bathroom was not cleaned well. Gym was very small and had electrical cords sitting in water puddles. Staff was really nice though!

The staff was amazing and very kind. They were in the process of renovating so there was a few things to navigate around, but in the future it will be a great destination for me and my family.

Room design was inconvenient and uncomfortable. Towels were soft, but very small. The room had areally bad smell. I couldn't pin point where it came from. I thought that I would get used to it but never did. I should have asked for a different room, my bad. Front desk staff seemed to be indifferent to greeting new customers. No warm welcome. The gym air conditioner did not work nor did the treadmill. The bar area was never open. All in all I didnt receive what was advertised and therefore not worth what i paid for the room. This was my second time staying at a Best Western and the experiences were vastly different. I would never stay at this location again and probably not stay at a Best Western again. I really thought that Best Western had a better reputation.

I enjoyed my stay

Breakfast lacking, hotel worker stated “you’re not going to starve” when asked if there was more of the food that was emptied out.

Easily accessible form the airport.

Airport transportation stops at 11 pm , a lot of west coast planes land after 11 pm, so I made a mistake by choosing Best Western this time

It was pretty good. Midwest friendly staff. Old carpet. Clean. Very small room, not enough room to maneuver a mobility scooter around room or in bathroom (though did not get an accessible room). Breakfast had decent choices including hot food, but ended early— clean up of breakfast started around 9:00. The man who managed the breakfast was truly delightful.

property was dated and could use some up dating staff was great picked me up and dropped me off at airport without a car location was limited for food but there is door dash available. Room was ok but not great but was ok for quick overnight stay.

It was very nice, we were impressed with the quality.

We were there for a short night before a flight out of MCI. Upon entering, the room felt humid and the carpet felt damp. There were no additional blankets or pillows in the closet for the sofa bed. Removing the sofa bed cushions, I noticed they has several stains. When I went downstairs for a blanket, the front desk agent was nice and prompt. The rest of the room was okay, but bathroom walls had questionable marks and hair. The room was basic. Price was okay for a quick night stay over. I wouldn’t choose it again.
