Pool is outdoors only - wrong time of year, but did have indoor hot tub. Most of the exercise equipment wasn’t working correctly. Breakfast excellent! Room clean and quiet. Would recommend and consider staying if I visit Bangor again.

First stay at a Best Western hotel- it was just what we wanted! It was clean, the front desk clerk was SO helpful, and a nice breakfast provided in the AM!

On the day of my arrival was notified that the restaurant was closed and the Inn was not staffed. The Inn was clean, great location

Hotel was dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but staff was unfriendly and incredibly unhelpful; often ignoring you entirely when you asked questions, never provided any information regarding breakfast or the usual info you get when you check in… you had to research it yourself.

The lamp in the room was not set up right, the toilet seat is too low for adults.

This was my second stay. It is comfortable, clean, safe, and provides a full breakfast. They really try to meet the needs of their guests.
