We were really disappointed with our stay. As soon as we walked into the room, it had a strong mildew smell, and I’m fairly certain there was mold present. My husband actually had an allergic reaction—his eyes were burning and he couldn’t stop sneezing the entire time. This made it very uncomfortable and concerning for us.
On the positive side, the property itself felt safe and well-maintained, and the text communication was quick and convenient. When I requested extra towels and conditioner, they were delivered promptly.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room overshadowed the positives, and I hope Hilton addresses this issue for future guests.
