Riverfront park is only a couple blocks away.

The front desk staff was very nice. The housekeeping was sub-par. I don't believe that the room had been swept or mopped for a while. The bathtub had debris on it (I don't know what it was). The outside maintenance was lacking, the carpet on the hallways and stairs were falling apart. There are not many choices for dining. The area is extremely noisy.

Dated hotel, bar was nice, outside carpet was covered in dog hair. Had not been cleaned in ages! Convenient to dining and shopping in the area.

Worst hotel I have stayed! The room was incredibly dirty and old. The non-smoking room reeked of stale cigarette smoke. Let the front desk know at check out and she couldn't care less. Only good point of my stay was Jade who checked us in. They were kind and helpful.

It was a nice place and convenient to all of downtown Spokane.

Great location. Could walk everywhere downtown. Nice to get discounts at certain restaurants and bars. Super friendly staff. Jade was great! Not thrilled with being able to hear the older water pipes howl when they were in use in other rooms.

Our room was nice. It was newly remodeled. Very clean, bathroom had 2 sinks and lots of counter space. Our friends stayed in a different room and theirs had not been redone. Their bathroom was very small with no counter space (one sink) One downside -- We were there 4 nights and they never came in to clean the room. No fresh towels or additional coffee. (We found the cleaning lady to get some more coffee.) We loved the resturant next door that had our free breakfast. It was nice that you could pick from 3 different breakfast items or get $6.00 off anything else. It is very walkable area. So close to the riverwalk. We will stay here again if back in Spokan.

Not a very thorough clean in bathrooms, bedding had some stains along with the walls light switches and door.

I could hear a mechanical noise all night coming from outside.

Area was very dirty. Dog hair on the outside rugs that covered the stairs. Carpets in rooms very old and worn. We actually had two towels that look like they had run the housekeeping cart over the towels and then put them in the room We had to switch rooms when we first checked in because the first room air conditioner was so loud and squeaking you couldn’t stand it. This was all reported to the front desk in the morning.

The hotel was a funky boutique style hotel that was very walkable to some cool sights like the river walk as well as cool eateries. One of the best included breakfasts I’ve had from a hotel. We’ll definitely return.

There's a fun and funky city vibe. The room was clean and there were some nice art features on the property and in the room. You're definitely in the heart of downtown Spokane, that in itself is a bit grimey and seemingly unsafe. We really appreciated the secure parking!

The property has a fantastic location in downtown. It's very walkable. The staff though was the highlight. They were super friendly and made the entire visit wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Spokane.
