Absolutely fabulous stay at Sofitel London St. James! The service was exceptional, the location perfect for exploring, and the cocktails in the bar downstairs were outstanding. The team even made a birthday trip extra special with a sweet treat and “Happy Birthday” surprise. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel has made me a Sofitel fan, will be looking for sofitel options for future travel. Will also be back here whenever in London from now on. Honestly cannot fault this hotel or its staff in anyway. Thanks for the great 7 days

Great location. Great service. Nice rooms with comfy bed and clean, nice bathroom.

We so appreciate Brahim and Lucas! Brahim helped us when the area was closed to taxis and we had to go to the airport. He moved our luggage 3 blocks and coordinated w a cab and got us into it safely! That’s great service. Lucas got us checked in. Love the decor of the room and the bathroom! Love the location!

The hotel was amazing, large rooms, clean, new with updated technology, great location.

the location was perfect, you could leave the front and walk east, west, south or north and be in the heart of it all. We walked over 10 miles a day. Loved our room! The different color options were cool, lots of creativity went into the renovation of this one time bank. Breakfasts were amazing!

Sofitel St James is a great hotel and perfectly located to everything.

Nice layout of the room.

The Sofitel St James was nice but definitely not worth the price we paid. I did not feel that this was a true luxury hotel. The beds were also very uncomfortable. I believe that I did not get the room I paid for as I had a combined shower and tub but was supposed to have a separate one. The location was nice with everything close by.

Beautiful hotel, with elegant rooms, excellent service and in a wonderful location. It was decked out for Easter, which was a special extra touch. We had drinks in their hip, but comfortable bar, and dinner in the Wild Honey Bistro. Other than a small issue with the TV in our room, which was fixed, it was a perfect stay.

Beautiful hotel in a convenient area for sightseeing and theater.
