the hotel tries very hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible, however due to the economic and political situation of Venezuela there is some limitations on their service, specially the availability of food is not great.

I lived there when they built it and had a lot of visitors stay there. Now I finally got to stay as a guest. Excellent. I would recommemd that Mr. Grill do some interior decorating as the benches are bordering uncomfortable and some wall artwork is desparately needed. Overall good food and service.
