Hotel staff is the true highlight of this property! I had a special request for a holiday weekend, which is usually a challenge since services and staff are often reduced across the city. It was both my parents’ wedding anniversary and their birthdays, and I wanted to surprise them. After booking, I realized my reservation was not for three people, and instead only for one person and two twin beds. I reached out the hotel via WhatsApp, and the team was incredibly efficient and supportive. They quickly helped me find a solution: I booked an additional room, and they even offered a discount. Debora at the reception reassured me, saying “We’ll take care of them, and she truly did. Their check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even surprised them with a fruit and chocolate platter. The next day, when I arrived, another staff member helped me record the big surprise moment. Thanks to their warmth and care, everything went perfectly. The hotel itself is very well located: walking distance to gas stations, supermarkets, local restaurants (from Brazilian chains to hidden gems you should absolutely try), and even beaches. Shopping Vitória is just five minutes away by car. Breakfast and parking were included, which was a great bonus. There are a few small areas in the property that could use updating, but nothing that affected our experience. Overall, the staff made all the difference and created unforgettable memories for my family. I would come back.

American reviewer. This is an excellent choice in Vitoria!! The location is perfect, unless you are insisting on beachfront. It’s located directly beside an amazing restaurant that is well known with locations through Brazil. Also a supermarket a short walk away. Neighborhood has lots of dining, shops and bars. Hotel is clean, modern and well staffed. Breakfast buffet is very large. Easy to get Uber rides. Does have a parking garage and a man working the gate, but I didn’t rent a car. I’ve been to Brazil five times, so I’m quite qualified to rate this hotel. I loved it. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was good. If I had anything to complain about, I wish the room came equipped with a microwave. But that’s not something you can always expect in a hotel room. The front desk was very helpful every time we called downstairs to ask a question. Room service was good. What more can I say? Don’t hesitate to choose this hotel. Worth every penny. WiFi in my room was reliable. A couple of American television news channels were in the channel lineup. Smart TV has Netflix, so I was able to watch Netflix normally. Minor complaint, English speaking hotel employees were few and far between, unlike in Rio de Janeiro.

It was a good experience besides the price did not match with what hotel.com told me.

We had a wonderful time and were comfortable here at the Comfort Suites. The hotel is minutes from bars, restaurants and boutique shops. At night the area felt safe and there are several dance clubs in the area. The beach is short walk and the local mall is a 20 minute walk. Service at the hotel was excellent, the room was comfortable, my only complaint is the bed was harder than I expected. The hotel also provides a shuttle to/from the hotel, though I did not know we needed a reservation when we landed. The morning breakfast has many options and is available until 10am which was great. We will most likely stay here upon our next visit.

Excellent staff. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping to the breakfast attendants were friendly and professional. The location is great. It was very clean. Areas for improvement: The linens need replaced. They were clean, just old. For example, towels were stained and pillowcases had holes in them. Also there was no coffee/tea pot in the room. I would stay at this property again because the staff were so nice and the location is great. Plus the breakfast was great as well.

A hotel that preach to disinfect and be prepared to COVID-19 have a elevators and showers that duty doesnt deserve no even 3 stars.... Poor conditions of towers with holes and stains... ridiculus for the rate it has been rated for... Ad says hotel provide breakfast but its paid and not good! I will never back there!!!
