Amazing hotel in a beautiful spot!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The balcony overlooking the Sea Lions was amazing. Just be warned the sound proofing is non existent so bring ear plugs as the Sea Lions do not sleep at night and are very loud!

Great customer service. Great location. Had an amazing time. The sea lions have taken over the beach next to the hotel, they made the trip even that much better

For my traveling budget, it was a bit overpriced. The 24 hour sea lion barking could not be helped, but the beach I was looking for was taken over by them. The shuttle stop to get around was quite a walk for seniors, but it was needed for all attractions and restaurants. Outside of building needs a “facelift”, however, inside was nice. Room was fine. Breakfast delivered to room was appreciated. Excellent service by all.

Noisy seals

Good price for area. Although wish their breakfast was a little more filling. I would say it’s breakfast sides and beverages, missing the main dish for sure, so we went elsewhere for that. Also it is a little outdated, just some change in decor and new paint can really elevate the place.

Staff are wonderful. Breakfast brought to the room every morning was such a luxury!

The staff was very welcoming. It would be nice if they let people know about the hundreds of sea lions next to the hotel incase they want to change their stay for a later day. They are very noisy.

Walkable great locations.

I like seals, but not anymore. All day, all evening and all night long making noise. So much had to turn the TV on at night to try and drown it out.

Great property at the edge of Cannery Row next to San Carlos Park. Relatively quiet area. Easy walking distance to most attractions. Free trolly will take you around town - stops about a block away. Great numbers of sea lions to watch on beach next to us as well as other marine wildlife. Staff was unfailingly courteous. Another delight: they bring a continental breakfast of your choosing directly to your room. Rooms are sufficiently large and very nicely appointed. Each room has a small balcony. We really enjoyed our stay here. I was a little unhappy about the $25 per day parking until I realized it was covered parking with full in and out privileges and close to so many attractions. If you were to drive in and pay for parking, you would probably pay more.

The location is wonderful! The seals were so noisy we had to close the patio door, opening to the ocean!😊

I approached the counter and the receptionist just looked at me without any greeting or even a how can I help you. Then when I said hi he just said “what’s up”. There was no wifi coverage in the room.

Great location (10 mins to Fishermans Wharf and similar to Cannery Row with loads of restaurants bars, maybe 15mins to the aquarium) with amazing views (take ocean view room if you can).

Convenient location, about 10 minute walk to aquarium. The hotel is showing it’s dated. Beautiful ocean view, next to a nice beach area.

Needs a "facelift". Tired decor. Been staying there for years and i havent seen one single upgrade for 10+ years...
