Property is nice, has a welcoming costal vibe. It could use a bit more upgrades within the rooms.

Staff was extremely friendly and the property is beautiful. The outside looks outdated though. Could use some new paint or pressure washing to clean off spiderwebs and dirty walls/floors etc. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Old TVs with no streaming or mirroring capabilities. Cable channels available

Nice property right across from convention center and pier. Great breakfast area and food. Plenty of places to eat in the area and things to do. Hotels is older and needs some remodeling. No A/C Little high on the price for the quality of the hotel.

Could not figure out how to adjust the room temperature but other than that, it was a beautiful place.

The property is very nice and the room clean. Great location. It appears one of the buildings is being renovated and it was a very early morning of lumber and supplies being delivered across from our room. The hotel was not at full occupancy so it would have better if they put us in a room elsewhere.

The room was okay, there is no AC which wasn't ideal since the temperature was warm. Unfortunately we were charged $20 to park in their garage.

The mattress was uncomfortable and the floors were very very dirty, it had dust and hair. I used a wet wipe to clean up the floor before my kids walk all over and the wet wipe was black.

Close to restaurants, etc. Hotel Pacific is Spanish style hotel set over several floors with on site parking that costs extra. We were given the option of “parking on the street” after questioning the surcharge of $22/night to park. The room was ok, some updates to the bathroom, but the shower glass door needed a good cleaning to remove the scum/water deposits. The bathtub had a ring of scum, so cleaning is a good improvement. The room layout was a little odd, countertops were chunky tile. The sofa cushions were stained and obviously not been cleaned properly for some time. Noise transfer from outside, and upstairs guests’ moving around was noisy. Location good, quality not so much.

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to several attractions, restaurants, bars, etc. we’ve been coming here for several years now and it seems the ownership is not investing in improvements. The outside walls have flaked and need painting, tiles need cleaning, etc. Rooms are spacious and clean. There is some rusting in bathroom. Overall still a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Older but decently maintained. Lots of fountains some might find annoying but I find calming. The street noise can be loud.

On our first morning of the weekend we were woken up at 430 am by the sound of suitcases and footsteps outside our room. The building was flooding on our end (didn’t reach our room) and a buzzing alarm went off. A water main broke in the city and flooded the property. This water had been flooding in the garage since 740 m the night before when we arrived. This means nobody was tending the garage we were paying $22 per night to stay in. The room iteslef was very nice and the staff as well. Breakfast was mediocre but free. Hot tub area was very small and dated. Only 4 or 5 could fit and it’s a squeeze. I was told from the morning of the incident that someone would call about discounting a night and 2 days later no call. Our car was at the bottom of the garage flooding level and the water was knee deep. Walking into the flooded garage at 530 am in the cold coastal weather. Not a great way to start a vacation.

The room itself was very nice - spacious with a living room area, fireplace, big bathroom, and balcony. The bed was also comfortable. However, the walls are thin and you could hear people talking and people walking above. There was no air conditioner but if you opened the windows for air, the road noise made it impossible to sleep. To top it off, there was a very loud large drunk group out talking in front of the hotel and around hotel halls. Then the alarm went off because a water main burst in the early morning hours. The hotel couldn’t help the issue with the water main but each room should have an air conditioner. Between the stuffiness, the noise, and the fire alarm it was the worst night sleep I have had at a hotel in a long time - if ever. And that’s a shame because it’s a charming hotel with spacious rooms. Unfortunately, we won’t be staying again.
