Parking was easy. The staff were super friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The heat worked.

Not a very good chicken process

Did not feel like anyone was going to check me in. The owner must've had a family reunion and was too busy with it to check us in.Room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but someone had definitely been smoking in it. Did not want to go down and change rooms because checking in took too long so tolerated it, knowing it was only one night and never again. Area did not seem to be like a safe area. They had advertised free breakfast and there was nothing, Not even coffee. I definitely would not stay here again. Not worth the rate!!!

Didn’t notice any problems. Room was clean. The only issue were doors slamming after we went to bed at 10:00.

The price got us there. Wow, clean comfortable and quiet! They had a breakfast. Definitely would refer to anyone.

This hotel iffers an inexpensive stay, close to dining amd shopping. Staff was kind, room was nice, area surrounding was ok. I slept great and enjoyed my trip to sullivan.

Entire hotel, including my room, smelled like ashtrays and Middle-Eastern food. Room was not very clean, stains on the bedsheets. Rooms are noisy, but that's the case in a lot of hotels. Would not recommend.

The TV did not work properly. It would randomly turn itself off, and on there were burning holes in the comforter. The continental breakfast was very limited and if you are not an early riser, you’re out of luck they do not restock it as they go once it’s gone it’s gone. The front desk guy is hard to understand but was very nice. I would only stay there again if there was literally nowhere else to stay. Next time I will pay more to stay somewhere else.

The property is right off the interstate so it’s very convenient!
