Mostly updated rooms. Good hot shower. The “free breakfast” was a couple of English muffins, some pre-made waffles and some tannish gray liquid they were calling coffee. No bar soap in the room, however they did supply liquid soap and shampoo.

Staff is lovely. Room clean

Room was clean and staff did a nice job but there were several issues. Water was coming into the ceiling tiles in our bathroom from the room above. There was no lock on the back door which was especially troubling because I had my wife and 5 month old with me. I made my own sliding door security bar out of playpen parts. The AC unit above our room drains right onto our unit- loud enough to echo into our room while trying to sleep. I diverted some of the water away with the outdoor chair, which helped. And nothing to do with staff or service but the upstairs neighbors yelled and talked on the phone loudly inside and outside their room late into the night while pacing around and stomping up and down the stairs.

The fridge was big enough and the beds were clean and comfy. Mari was the one who checked us in and he was very sweet.

Awesome stay!

Lovely hotel. Why I said 4 out of 5 stars was handicapped access unavailable for second floor and pool side rooms. We came with someone that had difficulty on stairs and she was unable to get down stairs more than one time a day so she missed Brimfield.

The room was totally fine and with a really nice view of the pond. The staff was very nice at the front desk in room check-in checkout was really easy.

Very clean room nice people

This was a stop on our way to another destination. Hotel room was clean and was a nice location on a lake and near stores. However, there was garbage all around the back outside of the property from what appeared to be rooms they were cleaning out or remodeling. Not a nice first impression to enter our room. Room was noisy and we couldn’t sleep at all. There was constant moving of furniture in the room above us during the night. Kept both of us awake. Not sure if they were remodeling during the night or what the reason was for it. Wouldn’t recommend if you want to sleep.

Very clean modern hotel with breakfast and pool.

Very satisfied with the room I received and the service I was provided. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of small amenities. There were no issues I ran into during my stay. The one thing that holds me back from giving it a full 5 stars is the mediocre breakfast offering. It was basically just a small glass box with bagels and cold waffles, a toaster, some spreads, and an apple/orange juice dispenser. Rather disappointing, it would at least be nice to add a waffle iron so guests can make their own hot waffles. All things considered, though, this is just a minor gripe you might not even care about if you don't eat hotel breakfasts. I would definitely recommend this hotel nonetheless.

This was just an amazing stay, the rooms were quite with a very clean remodel. They are still taking care of finishing touches, the TV in the living room was older and busted. Everything else was modern, with a beautiful art peice behind the bed.

Super hardworking staff. Mani was very helpful and friendly. They are clearly upgrading and improving. Convenient location and very clean!

Overall, not a bad stay for a night. Location is good & Manni (front desk staff) was super friendly and professional. My room was clean & neat - no complaints ther but the was a linger odor on the bathroom. Beds were comfortable & the refrigerator in the room was a good size. I didn't have time for the free breakfast but check out was quick & wasy. Would consider staying again if in the area.

Liked the location and breakfast included. Didn't like - The breakfast choices were too limited. The only breakfast photo in the listing shows chafing servers, but there were no hot foods. Picture also shows a waffle maker, which was not there. Whatever the online photo shows should actually be there, otherwise it is deceitful. There were not any flavored creamers, which all other hotels have. And there were no individual peanut butters, which are typical. I don't think there was any protein offered at all, which is not good at breakfast. There were frozen breakfast sandwiches that were handed out at the front desk upon request. But these would then be microwaved ... not appetizing. The breakfast hours ended at 9:00am, 10:00am would be better. The door to our room had visible air gaps at top and bottom of door. This allowed much outside noise at night to be heard, and some people outside were loud and smoking. This issue may be common in hotel/motels, but I don't like the channel guide on the TV as a rolling guide on one of the channels (noninteractive). In today's world, the guide should be a function that is interactive, were I can select channels, get descriptions, etc. A premium movie channel should also be included. These are common at other hotels.
