Unfortunately upon arrival there were visible bed bugs that were documented and a disgusting toilet that had not been cleaned. There was no housekeeping staff available. We had no choice but to check out and find others accommodations during an almost sold out weekend.

We tried to stay here for a game weekend but checked out right away. Very dirty, the cleaning staff were swearing and yelling in the hallway and I think people are living here full-time. The whole situation was very uncomfortable. They were gracious and gave us a full refund upon checkout.

This hotel should be ashamed of themselves! Absolutely shameful and repulsive hotel. They should pay people to stay there, not the other way around. Things that went wrong: 1. Was given our room and we went in with the door already open and had no blankets and had not been serviced. They then sent someone to handle it after complaining. 2. I thought it was an honest mistake, but then another couple we went with had the same experience. While they had blankets, the bed had clearly not been refreshed and the pillows were yellow. 3. The smell was disgusting, 4. The bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. Ring around the toilet, sink and bathtub were disgusting. 5. The hand soap provided was a bar of soup that had already been opened and looked used and dirty. 6. We got back to the hotel after a concert to multiple cops there and many customers in the lobby because their keys were not working. There was no one on site to help. 7. Another couple we were with had what appeared to be a used firework on their toilet, 8. Bed bugs Moral of the story, this business should be permanently closed. Do not stay here ever. You’re better off sleeping in your car.

Checked into a room that was not cleaned after last guest. No other room available since hotel was fully booked. Thank God I bring Clorox wipes with me for all out of state trips as I had to wipe fown the entire room. Constant funky smell in room and halls of hotel. Complimentary breakfast consists of some muffins and coffee. Essentially, a transient hotel.

Being a extended stay place they ran out of dishes, cups and silverware and handed me paper cups. There was a homeless man who was always in the lobby every night. I was handed a dust covered coffee pot to use. The hotel smelled like mildew

The floors in my room were absolutely filthy, there was hair in the clean towels. The room above me were very noisy. The staff I interacted with were helpful.

Pros Lovely, smiling young woman checked us in. Unfortunately we never saw her again. Cons The card key never worked. Staff acted like it was a hassle. It was, for me and my husband. The blanket on the bed, which was meant to serve as a comforter, was thinner than a tablecloth. We froze. It was 22 degrees in South Bend. The pillow was just slightly thicker than the blanket. The pillows and blanket smelled like mildew. Staff and suspicious looking hanger ons hung out in the lobby late at night and early in the morning complaining about other staff members. We could hear them gripe in our room. It cost $130 a night but felt like a $50 a night hotel. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.
