Towel had a fly on it, furniture is very outdated, was asked a lot of question to check in more than the usual, I just wanted to check in and go to my room, will not be staying here again

It was convenient to Amerant Bank Arena. The rooms were clean. Check-in was lengthy and confusing. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Great Staff, location and rooms

I highly recommend this property. It’s very clean, spacious. Family friendly. Some entertainment. Such as bingo and karaoke. Booked a king suite (A type). It had all amenities. Full kitchen, living room, balcony, pool view, dining area, spacious bathroom, and jet tub. It was home away from home! I will book again in the future.

Family Friendly. The property was clean with nice renovations and a great shower. The bedrooms could use some updating, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
