It’s small hotel in a great location, staff is exceptional. Room was on the smaller side but was sufficient. They offer excellent breakfast. Despite being a few minutes from Victoria station, it’s still quiet in the evenings. Many restaurants are within walking distance. You can walk to many London attractions or hop in the train. The owners and staff are all very lovely hands in people.

Staff of hotel was excellent! Terrific breakfast was included and customer service by Abdul and owners was way above par.

This is a family run property of 12 or 15 rooms. A cooked breakfast was provided that was very good. The staff were very friendly and provided advice on transportation and nearby restaurants. The bathroom was very modern, conveniently arranged, and clean. Our room had a loveseat, desk and chair, wardrobe and bed. The room was big enough for us to open our large suitcases. It is located an easy walk to Victoria Station. The hotel does have an elevator although there may still be some short flights of steps involved.

Lovely property, huge modern bathroom and generous breakfast. The location was excellent - 10 minutes to Victoria station, about 15 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace, about 20 minutes walk to Big Ben, Houses of Parliament and Westminster. The staff were very accomodating.
