Easy transport and safe area

Very warm and welcoming staff from the time we arrived until we departed. Stayed 5 nights and would have for another 2 if the room was available. And this place has AC. We’re really very happy to be able to get this place.

Small rooms! This hotel is good for short term stays. Long is rough. No shelves in bathroom for toiletries, makeup etc. no shower shelves for shampoo and conditioner. No shampoo or conditioner provided. No washer available or close. Employees were friendly and cleaning room daily was good.

Very cosy room. The bathroom was really small and sheets were not so clean.

The manager was EXCELLENT at helping us problem-solve a couple minor issues initially. He was kind, courteous, and VERY helpful! Would recommend this to others. We could see the glow of the Eiffel Tower around the corner of the street- walkable or trains to everything. Thank you for making our stay much more memorable!

Good property, near metro stations. Room was small as expected in Paris. Though i thought the sink was extra small..Not that was used much but felt even toothpaste was taking the whole of it. The hotel was clean, and staff is friendly. Overall good stay!

Good location with only a 5 minute walk to the Metro line. Had a Deluxe Double Room which was overall spacious. The shower was a good size but there was no counter space in the bathroom. The room had AC which was appreciated as there were some warm days. Room and common areas in the hotel were clean. We enjoyed the location which was not too far from the major sites but it is also not in a touristy area so we got to eat where the locals eat.

No air con on the first night when it was 30 degrees outside

The property did not have a working Air Conditioner during our entire 4 day stay. They said it was being repaired and it never worked and it was HOT.

The room was small but clean. I paid for two deluxe rooms and received a standard room. The air conditioning didn't work even one day. I asked for the air conditioning to be turned on, but they told me there was a system failure. At reception the air conditioning worked normally, but neither of the two rooms I paid for did the air conditioning work. The weather was hot, it was horrible sleeping there. The room does not have a minibar. They did not return part of the money paid for services they offered but did not fulfill the contract.

We had an AC issue. The staff was very gracious and receptive. They handled the matter very well. They did what it took to please us.

Kind and friendly staff. Close to the metro and many bus stops, but not overly congested with tourists. Many great restaurants nearby.

Excellent hotel location close to the metro and hotel has the backdrop of the Eiffel Tower which was great. The room we had was small but clean. Only gripe was there was no real welcome/orientation of the room/hotel e.g how the heaters worked, how to get hot drinking water, the fact that the phone in the room was not working - we had to work all for this out for ourselves. Apart from that, an excellent choice due to location.

Room was clean amd comfortable. Hotel is close to shops and public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Bade room in ground floor And too small no place to stand The door of bathroom is glass and closed to the bed no space very very bade

The owner/ front desk is very nice and amazing hospitality. He is also very helpful and kind. I will stay again in this place
