The best thing that I can say is the room was a good size. The place needs some work. The hallway carpet was dirty as well as the carpet in the room. The little seedy looking couch in the room looked like it might have belonged to my grandmother cause it was so old. The absolute worst part was the stench of cigarette and weed smoke/smell throughout the hallways. Although each door had a no smoking sign on it. That Comfort Inn does not live up to the standard of others I’ve stayed at.

For the price the property is great! The lady at the front desk had good customer service skills. The room was clean and I felt safe. The buffet breakfast was basic no frills. I’m sure it was great for guests without dietary restrictions (I’m vegan). The only real complaint was the Wi-Fi. It was trash. After several attempts to log on to watch the TV in the room and trying to log on through our devices we ended up just connecting to our own mobile hotspot and using my laptop to watch a show.

The first thing I noticed was on entering is the inside stinks of smoke because everyone was smoking, both staff and guest on the outside close to the front entrance. I always walk with my Clorox wipes my own pillow/sheets etc. the first room wasn’t clean i went to front desk and told the guy there he asked me what was wrong so i told him dust everywhere floors are dirty. He gave me two keys to check out rooms and choose another I did it wasn’t any better I showered and put my sheet on one of the bed wrapped myself in my fitted sheet with my pillow . I woke up in the morning getting ready to start my devotion, I looked as my eyes caught something moving it was a small roach was so in shock I grabbed the postcard and crushed it then another one and another one cane I took my phone and started to video then i saw one on the bed while videoing I saw mold on the table it was awful.

Check in was okay it’s always a hidden deposit. Food was horrible. Bed was uncomfortable. Staff was arguing and being messy. Didn’t have a remote to the Tv until 2hrs before I checked out. I asked if I could do a late check and the front desk clerk said no not today. I’m from Arkansas so where they do that at. Just wasn’t comfortable there and want be back.

Smells and stains everywhere, on everything rugs bathrooms chairs tables even the beds were all dirty and old. We checked out early and we decided to cut our trip short and go home.

Property needs better maintenance around the building as a whole my shower curtains were ripped carpet needs to be cleaned and tubs needs updating. The staff was great very friendly courteous and helpful.

Moldy smell, mold in bathroom, problems with keys getting into room, shower curtain rod not properly secured and shower bar coming out of wall. Also poor breakfast selections.

Close to restaurants, needs some updating but nice staff.

I thought the staff was friendly and professional and showed willingness to make the stay a pleasant one. The room itself could have been cleaner. The carpet hadn't been vacuumed in a while. I was there for several days and there was only a small travel bar of soap to support the bathroom sink and shower. I purchased a commercial bar of soap to use during my stay.

This place was old and smelled bad walking into the hotel. NO CLEANING SERVICE EVERYDAY BUT EVERY THIRD DAY. EVEN IF YOU REQUEST IT

Was good

This was the nastiest room I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in some questionable places. The location was great, so I thought the hotel would be decent. Their were spots of questionable origin all over the headboard, floor, and walls. Even the wall sockets were dirty. The shower fixtures were rusty, and the bottom of the shower was dingy. Thankfully it was only a one night stay, and I chose to wait until I got home the next day to shower--it was disgusting! And smoke free... yea, right! I have never bothered to give a review for any hotel, but I felt like these things needed to be said so other unsuspecting people were not caught off guard.

Wifi and tv were constant problems.

The 2 ladies working that night were amazing. We had an issue n our room amd they went above and beyond to resolve it!

Did not like anything! It was dirty, the room smelled, showed us another room and it was just as bad. Furniture looked like it was found at a junk sale. People hanging around the hotel looked like transients. Was not safe to say the least! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. We did Not stay, had to walk and find another hotel. Not a way to start a vacation. Expedia this hotel should be taken off of your site! Just terrible. They want to charge me for One night when we never stayed there. Still Waiting to hear if I’m going to get my FULL refund.
