Polite and friendly staff always with a smile. Great location. The top floors are beautiful and comfortable. Wi-Fi is not good. I always stay at the hotel for its location. Cleaning could be improved, it's impossible to walk around without rest. Overall, I recommend it.

Food amazing. Hotel under renovation and impossible to rest after 8 am. Bedroom floor with dusty due the renovations, the carpets in the hallways as well. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The front desk guy that helped me on Saturday at 10:30 was great initially my room was not clean, hair on phone, towels and bathrooms and had a constant drilling noise, like a construction at 11pm at night, I mentioned that to him and he swapped me to a nicer, cleaner and higher room, he was excellent

I arrived at 9am and was asking to pay for an early check in. they did not let me is until 14:00 and even at that time they was saying the room is not ready. they they upgraded me to available room that surly they had free far earlier. I was departing 3:00 the next day, asking for a wakeup call and a taxi. No call on time and no taxi on time

Great place to stay . Only 3 minutes walk from ANALIA Franco shopping mall

The Blue Tree Towers is just across the street from a large local park and a 10 minute walk from the Amalia Franco Mall with plenty of “upscale” stores! The rooms are very nice, but the bathrooms are very small, which is my only complaint!

Hotel rooms would not cool. The free breakfast was the worst I’ve had in Brazil and completely unsanitary. The fresh fruits and juices were room temperature at 6am. They don’t cool the hotel so the breakfast bar is completely disgusting. The restaurant food there was horrible as well. Too expensive for what you receive.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Carlos, I'm not sure of his name, but he was very polite and kind when I arrived. When I was given my room, I was greeted by Vinícius, who was extremely polite and kind. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, and the shower was strong. Easy access to the shopping mall, market, restaurants, and Ceret Park across the street. The restaurant has fresh, well-organized breakfast, as well as being delicious. The room was impeccably clean. Lunch was just right. I recommend it. I was attended to by Ana, Vanuzia, and the morning valets. Everyone was very kind, thank you for your service. This was my second time staying at the hotel, and I'll definitely be back again. I recommend it.

Great property overall. Amazing staff and customer service. Very well located with lots of restaurants and bars within 5-10 minutes drive.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was excellent. I arrived early so I knew I would have to wait for my room and this was no problem. The desk staff had a table where I could sit and work using my computer. They were very helpful in helping me to connect to the hotel Wi-Fi. The room had previously been renovated and looked amazing.
