Staff, clean room, convenient location for our needs. Overall quiet.

Where do I start, the AC was moldy and damp so we couldn’t use it as it smelt everytime we tried to put it on. Cockroaches were in the kitchen walls. Very noisy area 3-4am in the morning noise was heard downstairs. Also some people were making out in the pool the hot tub was not working. The breakfast was very minimal and some times the elevator was under maintenance. I would not be coming back here.

Great for an overnight stay

Room was nice but needed a good sweep and mop. The TV didn’t work and the first day they sent someone to fix, it worked for a few minutes. Reported again, no one ever came. Continuously asked for maid service, room was never cleaned. Absolutely the worst stay ever!!!

When booking on Hotels.com they clearly say “this is the price you pay. Nothing noted for the additional $10 parking fee. TV in the room doesn’t work. Refrigerator compressor in the kitchenette runs constantly. Main elevator to lobby was out of service and although disabled, I was put on the 3rd floor. Enjoyed time with my son. Probably should have stayed at his place

Rooms were nice, but exterior not so much

This Hotel is Filthy. Needs a serious remodel. Staff at the front desk is not honest and says they will send you towels and never show up. Breakfast was terrible. I will never stay here again.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE

The only issues was the inability to provide a paper receipt - which I needed because my trip was to go to jury duty! Otherwise very happy - oh except the floor lamp in 310 doesn't work. I hope you read these!

Walking to food and area was safe

No clean at all. Horrible

The main problem is that there's nobody most of the time at the front desk where you have to wait as long as 10 minutes. Once we got our room, there was issue with the toilet. When we notified the front desk, they were dismissive and handed us a plunger. It still didn't help. I requested a different room and was originally told there were none. I mentioned do you want me to bother you guys in middle of the night for a restroom then like magic a room was available. The evening host in particular is poor at his job and a liar. In addition, the jacuzzi was closed and the continental breakfast would have the juice dispenser out of service. There is a big refrigerator which was nice but the freezer part didn't work.

Mohammed at check-in was extremely helpful and accommodated my requested room location. When the AC unit didn't work, he was very quick to call maintenance to fix it.

There was a too much freeway noise

Staff admitted housekeeping doesn't use hairnets when we found hair on our pillows. Bathroom door in first room was broken and barely attached to wall at bottom. Something was stuck in air conditioner, super noisy. Bathroom fan in second room was extremely loud. Curtains were sticky. Large gap under door to room. Handles to room and bathroom door were dirty. Negative experience.

We left shortly after checking in. It was dirty. There were roaches. And the icing on the cake, the SEX TOY that was stuck under the mattress near the head of the bed. No joke. How could they have changed the sheets and not seen it?? Absolutely disgusting!!

Excellent service

Place is a little outdated elevator not that great and staircase is not easy to get to...also ac unit really smelled bad when Dan running...condenser coil and filter need cleaning.
