Beautiful hotel in a great location!! Walking distance to Restaurants and shopping!

Our stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff were all kind, responsive and knowledgeable. Dining was pleasant but way too expensive. We were very happy with the location and would stay there again.

The hotel is old and has a lot of charm. Overall a 5 star experience. Some minor things to improve: * Carpet in hotel rooms is not good. No matter how much you clean, it will never be clean. * Room did have a musky smell. Most likely from that carpet.

Great location. Close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Try to stay in a room on the front as the back is noisy due to an alley full of garbage and bottle recycling bins. They are emptied early in the morning during the week.

This hotel was beautiful! In a great walkable area by Notre Dame and many shops and restaurants! Our room was beautiful with king size bed, fireplace and overlooking the quaint street below. A wonderful place to stay!

Walking distance of cruise terminal and attractions. Enjoyed the Terrace for pre dinner drinks. Helpful staff. Only negatives were: my shin hit the leg of the bed on a few occasions (heavy bed leg); and, be helpful to have some instructions to use the shower as difficult to determine hot from cold.

I thought the hotel was beautiful in an Old part of Montreal. Public areas were amazing with very high end decor. The room was very large and comfortable with a lovely bathroom. Loved staying there and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, good bar on rooftop except tough to get into…reserve spot weeks before you go…we ate across the courtyard & watched people waiting in line for hours to get in.

This hotel is in a perfect location - easy walk to shops and restaurants in old town. Our room was spacious, comfortable and perfect for us. The only thing we did not like was the loud music from the terrace restaurant and bar upstairs but that only lasted until 11pm and it was quiet after that. Overall excellent hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the bathrooms were beautifully renovated and the room was spotless.

The property is in an excellent location. The bed and linens were excellent. The bathrooms were recently updated however the carpeting is very old and therefore has a slightly misty odor. Thanks for the disposable slippers. We certainly would not have felt comfortable removing shoes otherwise. The staff were helpful. Visited the beef steakhouse on the property for dinner. Unfortunately the short ribs were not available and that is the reason we selected this place for dinner. We had ribs and salmon, both of which were very good. The rooftop bar rates a 10 in our opinion. Amazing atmosphere and cocktails.

The concierge contacted me prior to my stay and asked a little bit about why I was visiting. They took what I said and incorporated it into it room when we checked in. They were also able to help with dinner reservations at a hard to get in restaurant. A great place to stay!

Gorgeous property with a lovely rooftop restaurant.

Daniela tried to be very accommodating although our room was below par. We paid top dollar and we were unimpressed by the room. In particular the bathroom.

Staff was wonderfully attentive and all of the restaurants had amazing food and fabulous staff. The location is perfect!
