I was looked out of my room for 45 minutes because the room key don’t open the door and their hand man couldn’t solve the issue . They changed me to a dirty room at 22:00 after i insist . And i have to move all my staff late after they managed to open the door . I have a 1 year old baby , this was a massive inconvenient . Also they charged me twice because their member of staff didn’t beleive that i paid to hotel.com website befohand . He didn’t bother to check properly . Also they have parties at the restaurant with very loud music until later than 22:00 . Plus on the corredor you could hear everything from the rooms , especially a couple making love.

Amazing place!

The hotel was good had everything you may need i would suggest better pillows and it would be a plus if the pool was heated. Other then those suggestion everything else was good.

It was amazing been there. So clean, and near the mall.

Very comfortable, large rooms, staff very helpful and always available. The only issue is that the room windows need to be clean - the is noticiable dirt on the tracks. Not a major fact, but it does look bad.

Hotel was nice and breakfast amazing. Bedrooms need some updating as well and the bathrooms.

The staff was very accommodating, my room was next to the elevator and the elevator was very loud but other than that this place was great

This hotel is a 2.5 star hotel. It is very conveniently located in a safe part of the city. There is great food, shopping, and entertainment close by. The hotel is what it is, average.

It was nice just wish they have a better system for the gate there is room for improvement.

Very good hotel, close to the a mall with a lot of restaurant options.

Hotel was quiet and staff were friendly. Some staff spoke English. There was a variety of choices for the breakfast and was tasty. The location was nice as it was close to Walmart and across the street from a large shopping mall. I would stay here again and reccomend to others visiting Goiania.

Terrible Service, dirty bed, and air conditioning not working.

It's not a five star hotel, but it is what it says it is. Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast and a great location across the street from a big mall.
