Good hotel

Absolutely wonderful hotel and amazingly friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay here at the Westin! Celebrating my mom's 60th Birthday. The staff provided a celebratory champagne and birthday note for us once we arrived back to the room. My mom felt so special and it really was a highlight for the trip! Very convenient and walkable to everything in Whistler village. Would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

Great Location!

The hotel was easy to find and access, benefitting from a great location at the edge of the Whistler Town Centre. It was very convenient to walk to shops and activities in the town centre. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable and I plan to return again.

We didn’t receive any housekeeping for our 3 night stay. House keeping did show up one afternoon and I asked if he could come back 30 minutes later after we left and he said his shift was over then.

I thought the property was a little bit tired and dated

We found garbage from the previous guest in the room. They clean the room until a call , and the clean was ok

Your buffet needs improvement. No way it’s worth $50 per adult. The waffles are hard. I’d suggest trying the one at the fairmont as a comparison for the price. Really yours shouldn’t be more than $30

Staffs are nice and very helpful

My stay at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff were professional and very friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel’s location was excellent. I would definitely choose this place again and highly recommend it to others.

Always amazing!

It was just ok. Hotel is nice, but starting to show its age. Sounded like a few Bollywood parties going on until the early morning made falling asleep difficult. Lots of long black hair floating in swimming pool. Breakfast was expensive but good.

Me and my wife had a great experience staying at the Westin Resort. We would definitely book again at this hotel.

It is quiet and close to whistler.
