Faultless stay . great staff very welcoming and efficient. Nothing too much trouble

The breakfast was disgusting i paid for 2 nights but i only stayed for 1 not happy

The room was a decent size. Room 004 backs onto the carpark so we experienced noise from cars coming and going, and a motorbike starting up late evenings. Handy for Sheffield and surrounding areas. Mosborough high street has a pub and a micro brewery a 5 minute walk.

I have stayed at many of your hotels all over the country as me and my partner some times need space away from our 5 grown up children and 11 grandchildren so we chose your hotels as they never disappoint 👍

Attended a wedding they ran out of food, i had a rice sandwich. The sofas in the bar area where dirty the walls in the room had marks on them too (007).

The hotel was great. I slept well and the staff were friendly. Enjoyed it.

Beautiful old hotel in superb grounds. My 3rd visit. It’s dog friendly which is essential for me. Staff very friendly especially Angela who made such a fuss of our boy. Its excellent position means a great spot for beautiful dog walks, literally across the road. However I must comment on the room. It was absolutely boiling hot in there, totally unacceptable and uncomfortable, we were given a fan which helped a bit. One of the lights on the wall wasn’t working which made the room very dark. There was also no bath mat in the bath so it was quite slippery when having a shower. . It’s a wedding venue too, the Chatsworth suite in the grounds has its own bar but in the evenings the guests often use the hotel one. Which makes it impossible to find a seat or get served. I was given dreadful looks by some guests when we walked in with our dog. I will go back as it’s such a beautiful place and position and all the staff work hard. But it’s not cheap and the issues in my opinion should be raised .

Nice quiet hotel based on old building but tastefully extended. Only issue was recurring issue with room keys being wiped. Otherwise everything was perfect for a quiet stay. Breakfast was generally good. Dinner quite limited and expensive.

It was ok. Staff were the highlight. The quality of the breakfast produce was poor. Best described as value engineered.

Brilliant just what we needed when visiting for a funeral.

It’s lovely ! Lovely ground and we had a lovely room . The hotel could do with a little refresh as in marks and paint coming off in the rooms and we had a little funny drain smell from our bathroom but it still lovely
