Yummy breakfast, clean room, and polite staff.

Nice and central in Burnaby. Clean and convenient.

The room was poorly cleaned. They were just finishing when we arrived. But the floor wasn’t hardly vacuumed/swept. It for sure wasn’t mopped. Ants in the rooms also.

Clean and quiet

We had a late check in after 11:00 and were really tired. The check in process was really quick - almost rushed. Got into the room and found that the floor was disgusting. Hair and dirt everywhere. Phone in the room doesn’t work so went to the front desk. Told there was no cleaning staff but the security guard can deal with it. So tired that we said forget it. Toilet seat was broken. Got woken up at 5:00 because the battery in the smoke detector was low. Beeping loudly every few seconds. Had a horrible sleep. We asked for a different room for the second night and they accommodated that. Second room was okay. Staff are helpful. Breakfast is average. Pool is warm. Best part of the place. Probably won’t stay there again.

Room was ok,‘spacious, lighting was ok (white light bulbs), feels a bit outdated, Motel feel, lots of parking, breakfast good and front desk super friendly, I might be to picky, but, you’ve ask for feedback, thank you

Excellent service , safe place , close to metro station, Metrotown mall , close to Vancouver downtown, good hot breakfast , keep the good job.

The place was good for what we paid. The free breakfast was much better than your usual “free breakfast” we had no problem getting uber pickup. It was just so far from downtown Vancouver. So if you don’t want to uber everywhere don’t stay here

It's within a short distance to skytrain station, with a plenty of restaurant nearby. The staffs were friendly but the room itself was underwhelming. In my opinion it's overpriced for what you get.

Very friendly & helpful

The property is old but has been newly renovated. It was clean and well-organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast and nearby public transportation made our stay convenient and comfortable.

Our room does not have a mini fridge and phone as it is included in our booked room. Called the front desk using my cellphone. Staff advised us that the room is newly renovated so the items are not complete and to talk to the manager the following day. Lucky enough he found a mini fridge for us to use. The stay was pleasant. Just the amenities inside the room are incomplete.
