I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The staff is extremely helpful. The hotel is charming. The breakfast offerings are delicious. And the neighborhood is very quiet, even though you can get to places really quickly.

Hotel Kaiserhof Wien combines classic charm with modern comfort. The rooms are spotless and quiet, the location is perfect for exploring, and the breakfast is exceptional. Most of all, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome — every interaction is warm and personal.

It was such an amazing experience staying at Hotel Kaiserhof, everything was perfect and beyond my expectations, beautiful hotel, great staff working there, they did everything what they could to help me to extend my stay, I travelled with kids it was such a pleasure! My family loved it too! Great food for breakfast!

The hotel is well located being a short walk to major spots and near the metro. So the sights of Vienna are accessible. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious and king beds were comfortable. I asked & re wives a great boxed breakfast one day and the normal buffet breakfast was comprehensive. I had a lovely stay at this hotel.

She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her warmth made us feel right at home. More than that, all of them made us feel as "QUEENS" :) The room was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully styled. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was smooth and thoughtful. The gentlemen in the reception were also amazing! The restaurant was beautiful, and the food exceed our expectations. The best breakfast ever! The manager was also amazing and kind! Everything about this hotel was great - the staff, the room, the breakfast. A little bit of a walk to sights but not bad. Would definitely return.

The hotel is beautiful. The front desk staff and bartender were friendly and quite charming. The room was quite beautiful and spacious. The failings of the hotel were 2 vital points: (1) Vienna summers are very hot and the air conditioning in the room was substandard. (2) the breakfast buffet was touted as the best in Austria. It isn’t. I’ve lived in Austria since 2014 and have had far better breakfasts at hotels. There was so much marketing propaganda about the breakfast that we were looking forward to experiencing it, but it was frankly mediocre. There are other places in the city to get a wonderful breakfast so leaving the hotel for the meal is highly recommended.

Rooms and bathrooms are in need of renovation and look tired. We were not offered any VIP upgrades. Breakfast was fine. The hotel is within walking distance to the town center (about a 10–15 minute walk
