The property is right off of the major highways. There are some great places to eat down the street from this hotel. Not far from Idaho Falls park with the falls, shopping is within driving distance.

The shower didn't work and when I told the front desk on check out she said that they are very hard to turn on and when you turn them on it almost feels like you are breaking it. I didn't want to break it and get charged for it so we went without showers. I would highly recommend that you install user-friendly faucets.

The hot tub was too hot.

Hotel is ok. Comfortable bed. Easy, free parking. Easy access to freeway.

Our stay was fine. My biggest complaint is that during our 3 nights we were there housekeeping never came to our room. Our trashes needed to be emptied. We also had to go ask for more towels.

We liked staying here. Our room was spacious. The man working at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. The food was good. The location was great next to the river and a walking trail and not too far from the beautiful LDS temple and the waterfalls.

The young lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and big and the bed was comfy.

Hotel is dated, housekeeping was fair, and not the Best Western experiences we’ve had in the past.

The room has a dirty sock behind a pillow. Hair in the tub drain. Overall dirty.

There was some construction to go around but even with that it was comfortable, easy to navigate around. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very relaxing stay!

Not sure how they hot the Best Western Plus status. Bathrooms are not updated. There was mold in our shower. They did not have the now general shampoo, conditioner shower gel dispensers in the shower. No hair dryer. Windows were filthy and could not see out them very well. Bed and sheets were clean. Trash bags in trash cans had to be fixed to be used . Swimming pool had what looked like soap floating on top
