There was no air-conditioning. The bath took a long time to fill due to water pressure. There was alot of dust on furniture. The bed was really comfy. Room size was good for me and my kids. It wasl close to where I was visiting that day.

The hotel itself was 3 of the row houses converted. They left the old English charm inside. The location of the hotel is just a 4 minute walk to the underground-which made getting around easy. The breakfast was fantastic and served the classic English food plus cereals, breads, pastries, cold cuts. We would stay here again.

Best Western Swiss Cottage Hotel was Safe, clean, had friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay! The beds are nice, best for people who enjoy their bed on the firm side. Our room was on the very top floor. We were surprised to find that the lift/elevator doesn't reach that floor even though the website says it reaches all floors. My mom is elderly so this was a factor in the original booking we were not pleased to discover. We booked via Expedia.

The location was nice and quiet. It was, however, distant from a high street. The sash windows would only open 4 inches. It was hot in London and without AC there was no air movement in the room.

Staff was average. Big room and good size bathroom. Renovated clean bathroom. Room had old decor and smelled old. Room had old screechy floors. No air conditioning and no air flo. ROOM WAS HOT LIKE A SAUNA. One of our fans was broken and made very loud noise. Wifi is very weak. I do not recommended.

Standard double room in the basement - aka "dungeon". Underneath the reception desk and next to breakfast room, could hear staff moving around above my head, guests coming and going etc. Decor v dated, was a little worried it was the set of a blue movie. Bathroom v awkward shape and small - if you're a little overweight you wouldn't be able to physically get to the toilet. Close to Swiss Cottage tube station though!

Very convenient location, a block from Tube station. Staff was nice. Make sure you pay attention to whether air conditioning is available before you book. Fans in the room made it comfortable.

Located in central London and within walking distance of Regents Park. Within ~100-m of metro/underground station with bus routes too. Dining, commercial stores, and pharmacies close by. Good option for those who need to go North or use transit, but don't want to stay strictly downtown.

Lovely old renovated building, substantial room, comfortable bed. The staff were extremely friendly. Excellent location. Adequate breakfast. It would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room and an extra topsheet as the weather was warm. Some more outside seating would also gave been nice. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely older hotel in beautiful neighborhood. Very convenient access to the tube and downtown London.

Very nice, clean and quiet area. We walked to Camden Market, SoHo, Covent Garden, Big Ben, Westminster and London Bridge. Long walk, but doable and hit many landmarks along the way.

This traditional hotel has seen better days. Rooms are worn and not modernized for a while. Ground floor room were humid and had no A/C. The toilet niche extremely narrow and difficult to use. Good breakfast, but crowded during breakfast time.

Great customer service. Love the people that worked there and the breakfast was good.
