Our rooms were tired. Carpets and curtains stained. My son’s room smelled of sweat - we bought air fresheners. The staff (in general - not all) were disinterested. On check out we weren’t even asked if we enjoyed our stay. Would not recommend this hotel unless - like ourselves - we could get nothing else.

Our family had such a wonderful experience during our stay in Jackson! The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and the perfect base for exploring the great outdoors. We spent our days adventuring in the beautiful Wyoming landscape and loved coming back to a place that felt so relaxing and family-friendly. One of the highlights for the kids (and honestly, the adults too!) was the pool. After long days outside, nothing beat cooling off and swimming together—it quickly became one of our favorite parts of the trip. The pool area was clean, well-kept, and provided hours of fun. The staff was friendly and always willing to help with directions, recommendations, or just a warm smile. The combination of outdoor adventures, cozy accommodations, and family fun at the pool made this a trip we’ll always remember. We can’t wait to come back to Jackson and stay here again!

Motel 6 is better.

Relaxing, beautiful property with friendly staff!

Great place to stay

Loved this beautiful hotel. The only thing that missed the mark was that we put the privacy sign outside our door and someone still came in at 8am to clean and woke up my whole family. Not good.

Double charged and had to get my credit card company involved to get the charges taken off. The hotel would not. Very disappointed.

Wonderful property. Delicious breakfast. Gorgeous pool!! Great location too.

It was nice but over priced and not that clean. The bathroom and tub had hair in it and the fridge didn’t work. Nice staff but drinks in bar were overstaffed and parking was a nightmare. Pool was nice for kids though.

The pictures make this place look better than it actually is. Pool was in rough shape, hot tub was broken. Very over priced.

The property its self was descent. Good location. Staff was not very knowledgeable of the area or things to do in the town. Their answers always ended up being “I’m not sure” or “I don’t know”. As a traveler and someone that has not been to the area it would be nice to have your questions answered. We also had an issue with the iron in the room. There was something burned on the iron and when my wife used it on her shirt it burn whatever it was into her shirt. All we go from the front desk was, “oh I’m sorry to hear that”. Very frustrating.

Nice place to stay

Comfortable beds, 2 hot tubs, convenient dining, no complaints, great resort!

Kids loved the pool being in/outdoor. Breakfast was none of the best & had plenty of options especially for the price.

Perfect stay in Jackson hole. Clean updated room, all the amenities, nice pool and hot tub area, good breakfast, helpful staff. It is just a couple of minutes drive off of the main square but the hotel offers transportation if needed. We didn’t not use this service but found one of the best restaurants in town walking distance across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property. Great amenities and close to everything ! Gun Barrell restaurant was excellent and offered amazing game meat as well the breakfast was delicious and had everything you could want .

Great location. Very good breakfast. Only thing they should stop, is serving food at night from the bar. It's an embarrassment. We ordered fish and chips and it was microwaved or air fried frozen pieces of cod and frozen fries.

The Lodge is a wonderful place to stay: great location, excellent customer service, safe and quiet, proximity to restaurants and a hiking trail nearby. The breakfast service is efficient but at times crowded. Recommended.
