We were super impressed with our stay at the Iguazu Grand. I was a bit concerned as I had read some poor reviews from some people complaining about various things. We arrived after a weeks stay in a 5 star hotel on Copacabana (well known global brand) but we have to say this was far superior in every sense. We had a junior suite overlooking the pool that was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable. The Breakfast was super contrary to some of the reviews I have read.....The pool area and the gardens were wonderful and very relaxing. We also used the hydrotherapy pool which was a nice chill as well. Overall it beat hands-down the prior stay in Copacabana by a long shot. We would highly recommend and if we come back to Iguazu falls we will defo stay here again. Oh, and thank you Fabio (concierge) for your super efficient and friendly help in arranging all our cars and private tours !!

The night we checked in we had a manager and a trainee The trainee was very pleasant shower the male working with him was not useful and did not give us good advice on the amenities and dining options. The lady overheard that we were here for the first time and help us The rooms were old and the carpet really dirty I will not stay here again

Property and staff were good. Would recommend this hotel except that water or coffee is not provided in the room. Have to go to the restaurant and buy it.

Sinks don't work. Staff doesn't speak English including front desk. Was asked to come back later to pick up extra room key as it would take too long to make one. Check in took forever as they had to manually enter the credit card number. It's a three star at best.

Great hotel when visiting Iguazu Falls. Convenient location, helpful multilingual staff, comfortable rooms and a fantastic breakfast. Pool area was nice and pool bar service was quick. Resort offers everything you will need for your stay right on property. Only complaint would be that I could hear the music in my room at night. Not terribly loud, but still a minor annoyance.

Casino on site

This hotel, resort, and casino is a fantastic place to relax, enjoy good food, and have a spa treatment. We stayed here for 2 nights. We toured Iguazu Falls for over 7 hours on our 2nd day in Puerto Igauzu, and this resort was a great place to relax, dine, and sleep for our brief time in Iguazu. The staff are amazing! SO friendly, kind, helpful.

Excellent services from the friendly staff. Slightly dated shower in my room.Quite well kept swimming pools and also wellness center with indoor pool, steam room, sauna and hot tub. Breakfast buffet had a decent varieties and quality was good

We could not have been more impressed by this property. The level of service meets the expectations of top rated properties we’ve stayed at in major cities around the world while nestled in a jungle. The pool area was so peaceful and beautiful with 3 levels for guests to enjoy. Food options are limited with a very nice restaurant that offers creative chef specialties and a lobby bar restaurant that was very basic cuisine. The concierge and front desk staff were helpful with all of our questions and needs.
