We stayed here for 6 days to visit family. We had the suite which was larger than most rooms here. The breakfast was good but that is where the 'good' ended. As most places in Denmark, this was significantly overpriced. There was no air-conditioned, fridge or microwave for a suite room. The pillows were the size of small cushions and we had twin comforters for a queen size bed! The location is about 50 minutes from the main city of Copenhagen and the transit costs alone will set you back significantly, not to mention the inconvenience. Would not recommend if you do not have business in Ringsted.

Great location! Good spread of breakfast.

Breakfast was fantastic and staff was very friendly. Room was hot and stuffy. Got in the shower upon arriving and body wash dispenser was empty. TV had 10 channels.

Well situated near shops, restaurants and supermarkets The hotel was being renovated, which is why it left 3-4 stars. The room was fine., vegan breakfast items were available. Staff friendly and helpful. I would stay here again

Decent hotel with pretty standard rooms. I was only there for a short stay so can’t say too much about it. The breakfast was pretty good!

Right next to congress centre where I was attending an event, shopping outlet across the road was an added bonus

The hotel was clean, and has a warm cosy feeling. The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and smiley - they assisted me with booking several taxis and even asked me how my day was as I passed through the lobby! The breakfast buffet was excellent, fresh juices, cheeses, pastries, meat, cooked breakfast, yogurts, cereals etc... A Fantastic spread! The hotel also has a great mini-shop in reception, selling sweets, toiletries, drinks and snacks. (And coffee!) The rooms were clean and well furnished, with comfy beds, and good showers. I also used the gym every day, which was small, but very functional! The hotel is conveniently located near a outlet center, which was nice to kill some time in the evenings. As a side note, I highly recommend "THE BURGER" restaurant across the road - it does a really good salmon burger! The only downside was that the BBC World channel didn't work on the TV - other than that, 10/10

I only stayed for one night so can’t say much about this place. However I had booked a family room but was given a twin room instead. Was sure it was a twin room as there were just two single beds and nothing else. Since I was traveling alone and it was just for a night and I was already tired therefore I did not make a fuss about it. The reason I had booked a family room was that at the time of booking only that and the twin room were available and both were the same rates, therefore I chose the bigger room. I slept fine in the twin room but I did not like that the hotel changed my room option without asking me.

The hotel was very dated, toilet didn't flush, the night clerk was condescending. It definitely was not worth the price they charge. Would not recommend.

Hotel is well located close to E20, central Ringsted and outlet shopping. Plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.

Good food, but the bar shutting at 10pm on Friday and Saturday, this was unacceptable
