No control over room temperature, no heating in the bathroom...

3 day stay. Quick efficient check in. Staff welcoming. Large hotel and room was big, clean and functional. Not luxury but perfectly ok. Breakfast very good. Goid access to public transport near hotel and easy walk into city centre with plenty of restaurants / bars etc Would stay again

Helpful staff and great breakfast

We had a comfortable, clean well kept room. We had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the cathedral. The breakfast was delicious and the train/ bus station was a short walk away. We will stay there again on our next visit!

Many different disappointments. First tried to talk to the hotel through hotels.com message and phone and noone answers at all. Checked in and the sofa bed was not made for the kids, we made it and it was very dirty under it and we had to move it to fit in the room 216, so the dirt was around. We had an old room that furniture need to be refreshed. Bed and sofa bed in a very poor conditions and extremely small TV. After a long day out we come back and no cleaning. I see only pictures of nice and new rooms and no pictures of other rooms, so be aware. Breakfast was good.

Nothing Special Over priced for what it was. Family room was small and cramped. One pillow and a ordinary breakfast. Staff where unsure how it access the parking garage ( yes you need your room key)

Great location, only 5-10 minutes walk from the train station and the center of town. The breakfast was also excellent. The room was large and very comfortable. No air conditioning, but it was cool enough with the window open. Definitely would stay again

Nice hotel, close to downtown in Linköping. It's posible to find street parking if you don't want to use the rather pricy hotel garage. Breakfast was nice, and well adapted to the situation with Covid now. Rooms comfortable. However no coffee machine or water boiler. Small gym, but clean

We had to change rooms because of water pipe noise and were put in a room overlooking a busy street where truck noise started at 6:00am. On the last night our neighbour was talking until 1:00am and we called the reception twice. The hotel was run down and honestly so were the staff

Das Frühstück war top und sehr vielfältig. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof.

En fantastisk helg med mycket folk på hotellet. 99% var mycket bra och trevligt. Vänlig personal.

Fantastiskt bemötande av receptionisten "Greta", Rummet topp och så självklart garageplats och sist men inte minst FRUKOSTEN.

Man borde fixa till bättre sängar.

Dejligt hotel, meget centralt. God seng, fin morgenmad. Personalet kunne blive venligere og mere høflige. Lidt forvirrende omkring parkering, samt at man skal sige på forhånd hvad tid man vil have morgenmad.

Bra, dock var tvålen i duschen tom

Dåliga, underdimensionerade läslampor vid sängen, funkar bara som prydnadslampor. Dålig odör i badrummet vid ankomsten pga att sannolikt oanvänd dusch ett tag vilket jag fick åtgärda gnm att spola ett bra tag.
